🌊✨ AUTUMN EQUINOX • OCEAN SOUNDS ✨🌊

Tuesday, September 22 • 7 PM
25th Street Beach • Newport Beach

The Autumn Equinox arrives at 5:05 PM California time, marking a natural turning point between seasons and a time when daylight and darkness are nearly equal.

As summer begins to give way to fall, it can be a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect and find your own sense of balance.

A few hours after the seasonal shift, we’ll gather at the ocean for an evening of sound, breath and deep relaxation.

The rhythm of the waves, the vibration of the gongs and singing bowls, the evening air and the open space of the beach create a place to slow down and listen.

A chance to let go of what you’ve been carrying, settle into the present moment and make space for the season ahead.

No need to do anything.
No need to figure anything out.

Just come, lie back, breathe and listen. 🌅🌊⚖️

Bring a blanket or yoga mat and something warm for the evening.

Reserve your spot through the link in my bio or send me a message.

🌕 Full Moon Beach Sound Bath 🌊Presented by Ocean Sounds

Join us Tuesday, July 28th at 7:00 PM on the sand off 25th Street in Newport Beach for an evening of deep relaxation beneath the full moon.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided breathwork practice to help settle the mind and prepare the body before immersing ourselves in the healing vibrations of multiple gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments.

The full moon is a time to pause, reflect, and release. As the waves roll in and the sun sets, allow yourself to unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness through the power of sound.

Grace like a wave washing over me today. Navigating this new normal in reverence of the divine and all that I have to be grateful for. Reminded that I am enough, just as I am. How beautiful it was to celebrate summer solstice AND Father’s Day with free tacos! “I have a whole new perspective of dad.” -Jamo by @meloniesteel
