What would actually happen if you brought your offer into the Collective and said: “Mel, I KNOW this is good. But my content isn’t selling it.” 👀 We wouldn’t start by giving you 30 random content ideas. We’d start with the offer you actually want people to buy. Then we’d work backwards. Who needs this? What’s happening in her life that makes her need it NOW? What is she thinking that she’s probably not saying out loud? What does she believe that’s keeping her stuck? Why is YOUR approach different? What proof does she need before she’ll trust you? And what does she need to hear to go from: “That’s interesting.” to… “Bloody hell. She’s talking to me.” THEN we turn all of that into content. Content that doesn’t just get likes. Content that builds demand, creates conversations and makes the right person understand why she should choose you. And this isn’t a hypothetical framework you’ll be given to figure out alone. This is the kind of work we’ll actually do on your business inside Visible As Her Collective. Bring the messy offer. Bring the content that’s doing bugger all. Bring the “I KNOW I’m good at this, so why isn’t it selling?” problem. We’ll work on it together. Want me looking at YOUR offer like this? There was a moment when everything shifted. I was sitting across from a woman who had more experience, more expertise, and more genuine talent than most coaches I had ever encountered. She had built a real business. She had real results. She was, by any objective measure, exceptional. And she was attracting clients who questioned her pricing, needed too much convincing, and were never quite right. She did not have a capability problem. She did not have a confidence problem. She had a positioning problem. And the entire visibility coaching industry had been handing her volume strategies instead of solving it. I had spent years inside global brand strategy working with companies like MINI and Smirnoff, where the gap between a sharp position and a vague one was measured in millions. I knew exactly what was wrong and exactly how to fix it. So I did. I built VISIBLE AS HER around that conversation, and the dozens like it that followed. Around the brilliant midlife women who had done everything right and were still under-recognised, under-leveraged, and earning below their real capability. This work is precise. It is private. And it is for women who are done with surface-level advice and ready for their positioning to finally catch up with who they actually are. DM me VISIBLE. Let's close the gap. by @melwakely
I am Mel Wakely, authority positioning strategist for established midlife female entrepreneurs who are brilliant at what they do but not yet positioned at the level they are capable of. Before I built VISIBLE AS HER, I spent years inside global brand strategy working with companies including MINI and Smirnoff. I learned at the commercial sharp end what makes authority visible, what makes positioning convert, and why some brands command premium demand effortlessly while others work twice as hard for half the results. I brought that precision into the coaching space. Because the women I kept meeting deserved it. You may already suspect what I am about to confirm: the problem is not your effort, your content, or your confidence. It is your positioning. And once that is fixed, everything else changes. Here is how I work inside VISIBLE AS HER: ✅ Month 1: Authority audit, offer simplification, messaging clarity, visibility strategy locked. We strip back and rebuild properly. No busywork. No performative posting plans. ✅ Months 2 to 4: Positioning refined in real time. DM conversion rhythm installed. Sales posture raised. Authority stabilised so it feels natural, not forced. By the end of 4 months, premium clients are arriving already trusting you. Sales conversations are shorter. Revenue reflects who you actually are. Not because you posted more. Because you are positioned properly. 💬 If you have ever thought, "I am better than the results I am getting," DM me the word VISIBLE. That is where this starts. by @melwakely
More reach won’t necessarily fix unclear positioning. Before you spend another week creating content, ask yourself: 1. Is it obvious who I help? 2. Is the result of working with me clear? 3. Can people see why they should choose me? If you can’t answer all three, your content might not be the problem. Your positioning might be. Be brave… how many out of three does your profile pass? Tell me below. #ContentStrategy #BusinessPositioning #AttractIdealClients #VisibilityStrategy #TikTokForBusiness by @melwakely

£5k months don’t automatically require viral videos. They require the right offer, the right buyers and a way to turn interest into actual sales. Five £1,000 clients. Two £2,500 clients. The maths is simple. The strategy to make those sales consistently takes work. That’s where positioning, content, conversations and conversion all need to work together. Which feels harder right now - attracting potential clients or turning their interest into a sale? #FiveKMonths #BusinessGrowthStrategy #PremiumClients #FemaleBusinessOwner #ServiceBasedBusiness by @melwakely
MINI. Smirnoff. And the brilliant woman running a coaching business from her spare bedroom. What do they all have in common? They need a reason to be chosen. The difference is that big brands invest heavily in knowing exactly what that reason is. You don’t need their budget. But you do need the same clarity. Tell me: if I asked what you wanted to be known for, could you answer in ONE sentence? #BrandPositioning #AuthorityPositioning #WomenInBusiness #PersonalBrandStrategy #MarketingExpert by @melwakely
Two new coaching clients. One important lesson. When Aimee and I began working together, the priority wasn’t creating more content. It was clearer positioning, stronger messaging and a practical plan for turning existing relationships into opportunities. During our work together, she reported two new clients from different routes. Because business growth isn’t always about finding thousands of new people. Sometimes it’s about helping the right people understand why they need you. Are you overlooking opportunities in your own business? How much longer are you going to keep trying to work it all out yourself? Another month posting without enquiries. Another offer nobody quite understands. Another weekend rewriting your bio. It’s not just frustrating. It’s expensive. You don’t need to become a marketing expert. You need a strategy that makes your existing expertise easier to understand and easier to buy. Want me to spot what’s getting in your way? Book your complimentary Visibility Diagnostic through the link in my bio. #BusinessPositioning #WomenInBusiness #MarketingStrategy #MidlifeEntrepreneur #PremiumClients by @melwakely
A little sunshine. A little perspective. And a reminder that you really don’t have to do this whole business thing alone. One of the biggest benefits of experience is recognising where your time and energy are best spent. And where another pair of eyes, a different perspective or a bit of strategic input can save you weeks of overthinking. That’s why I’ve built Visible As Her Collective around real business challenges, weekly Office Hours and women supporting each other. Not another course you buy and never finish. A place to bring the stuff you’re actually working through. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been missing, my DMs are always open. Preferably while I’m still sitting in the sunshine. 😉☀️ #VisibleAsHer #BusinessMentorship #WomenSupportingWomen by @melwakely
A little marketing advice from my sun lounger. ☀️ If your marketing only works when you’re constantly posting, commenting and chasing visibility, you’re making life unnecessarily hard for yourself. Try this instead: 1. Be specific about who you want to attract. 2. Make your expertise and difference obvious. 3. Create content that gives people a reason to choose you. More content isn’t always the answer. Better positioning often is. It’s one of the foundations we’re working on inside Visible As Her Collective. Because the goal is a business that supports your life. Not one that consumes it. #AuthorityPositioning #ContentStrategy #WomenInBusiness by @melwakely
25 years in marketing. And success looks a little different these days. ☀️🍹 Less hustle. More intention. Fewer clients who don’t value your expertise. More of the right ones who do. Less posting for the sake of posting. More strategic visibility that actually makes a difference. And most importantly, a business that fits around the life you want to live. That’s the bigger picture behind Visible As Her Collective. Yes, we work on positioning, messaging, content and attracting better clients. But ultimately? It’s about building a business that works for YOU. Because we’ve worked too bloody hard to spend the next chapter of our lives chained to a laptop. Tell me, what does success look like for you NOW? #VisibleAsHer #WomenInBusiness #MidlifeEntrepreneur #BusinessFreedom #AuthorityPositioning by @melwakely
