An iced matcha taho latte using my homemade taho to start my favorite month of the year 🥹✨ Taho is one of my favorite Filipino comfort foods and reminds me so much of my childhood in the Philippines 🤍 ♡ matcha: @memento_matcha ♡ chawan: @pinto.pottery ♡ chasen: @ecolemon_official ♡ chasen charms: @charmed.chasen @her_matcha_ ♡ sifter accessories: @bbymochisieves ♡ cup: @kintousa #matcha #matchalatte #matchalover #homecafe #fyp by @memento_matcha
Nothing less 💚 Ratio: 4g matcha/45mL water/110mL milk 🍵 Matcha: @memento_matcha Okumidori - first harvest from Kyoto 💚 As a latte, I found it to be medium bodied with some nuttiness, slightly vegetal and creamy. Very little astringency. Definitely enjoying! 💚 And the packaging…so sleek I loveee. They also have a 1g spoon to measure with to be precise. So convenient! I’m excited to try their hojicha next ☺️ Tysm Memento 🫶🏻 (kindly gifted all thoughts are my own) #matchalatte #matchalovers #matchareview #icedmatcha #matcharecipe by @memento_matcha
🫦🪩The Rocky Horror Picture Show Black Forest Hojicha Cloud 💋💄 Cherry syrup with a mix of coconut water, pomegranate and cherry juice with a sprinkle of luster dust ✨ I used @memento_matcha ’s dark roasted hojicha with rich, nutty, chocolate notes for the cloud with whipping cream, oat milk, and equal parts maple syup and agave for the sweetener. Some more dusting of hojicha powder and of course a cherry on top 🍒 Did not realize there were a number of musicals perfect for halloween hihi I hoped you guys liked this one and I have more planned 🧙🏽‍♀️ #halloweendrinks #halloweenrecipes #hojicha #blackforrest #therockyhorrorpictureshow by @memento_matcha
🪲 Beetlejuice inspired Black Sesame Matcha with an Ube cream top 💜🖤 This combo isn’t just for the color but it was surprisingly yummy. The black sesame is nutty and earthy while the ube is sweet and creamy where the matcha acts as a bridge of the two flavors. The matcha is smooth, balanced with a creamy texture and a subtle nutty and soft umami note. It’s halloween week so I just had to 😜 more halloween drinks coming up! Also, who would’ve thought there’s so much halloween-y musicals out there! The beautiful matcha is from @memento_matcha and if you don’t know they just got featured in Vogue so they’re celebrating with a sale 💜 VOGUE10 for 10% off and a free spoon ✨ Not sponsored just a pretty good deal! kindly gifted but all thoughts are my own. #halloweenrecipes #halloweenmatcha #matchalover #matchatok #matchaaddict , black sesame matcha, ube matcha, matcha latte, memento matcha by @memento_matcha

Introducing this Matcha: @memento_matcha First Harvest Okumidori ✨💕 Wow guys, this matcha also lived up to the hype! From the packaging, to the powder, everything was perfect! This single cultivar matcha is most definitely high quality, and is a medium bodied matcha. I loved how the umami notes lingered and how nutty this matcha tasted. It's so creamy and smooth as well. Just wow. So so good, I definitely need more of this one in my daily rotation! This baby is now sold out but I'm so so glad I had the chance to try it! Tins were kindly gifted by Memento but all thoughts are my own! 🤍Romans 12:1 #matchalover #matchalatte #matchadiary #matcha #memento by @memento_matcha
