Among Konso Farmers, the Tree Precedes the House 🌿🏡

Across the UNESCO-listed basalt terraces of Southern Ethiopia, Konso farmers observe a founding customary gesture: before constructing the family shelter, they first plant Moringa stenopetala cuttings.

The Secret of the Perfumers of Mendes: Ben Oil in Sacred Egyptian Vessels 🏺🌿

🔎 Swipe through the carousel to discover the 5 secrets of this ancient royal fragrance.

« The oil of ben is the least liable to turn rancid and possesses no scent of its own, which makes it the foundation of the most prized perfumes of Egypt. »

While your tea steeps, make time for a real good morning.

“Have you got the keys?”
“We’re leaving in five minutes.”
“What time will you be home?”

Some mornings, we’ve exchanged ten sentences without really speaking to each other.

Today, prepare your ME moringa tea or herbal infusion. Pour in the hot water and let it steep according to the instructions on the pack.

Let those few moments be your gentle reminder: look at the person beside you, ask how they are, and listen to their answer before returning to the practical questions.

If you’re on your own, use this moment to send a personal message to someone who matters to you.

Today’s ritual: let your tea steep, then check in with someone.

Tomorrow, as you prepare your cup, let it remind you of that same small gesture. Make a little room for connection at the start of your day.

“The most delicate pleasure is to bring joy to another...”

Caring for those around us begins with cultivating the serenity needed to share the best of ourselves. A gentle word, a shared botanical cup, a suspended moment of quiet grace.

Breathe before you begin.

Not every morning has to start at full speed.
Before the notifications.
Before the meetings.
Before the endless to-do list.
Take one deep breath.

Open the window.
Feel the fresh air.
Let the morning settle in before the world asks for your attention.
The most powerful routines are often the simplest ones.

Once your body has fully awakened and breakfast is ready, it's the perfect moment to enjoy your daily me™ Moringa as part of a balanced morning ritual.
Because a good day doesn't begin with rushing.
It begins with breathing.
What's one small morning ritual that helps you feel grounded before your day starts?

There are no walls around our fields in Kenya.
Only the wind from the Indian Ocean, rushing through the slender branches and pushing each tree to grow stronger without breaking.
Moringa breathes in the sea air and the salt.
And you? Between two meetings, under artificial lights, what kind of air do you give yourself in the morning?
Before the first email, open the window.
Before the rush, take a breath.
Energy is an exchange.

It always comes as a slight surprise.

Moringa makes no attempt to hide its true nature: a bold, green, chlorophyll-rich taste—almost raw. Nothing like the neutrality of a capsule.

From the very first sip, the smoothie shows its true colours. Its texture is rich, its flavour unmistakable. You can taste the whole plant, simply processed and enjoyed as part of breakfast.

A vibrant ritual, with nothing artificial.

Now the day can begin.

The knife on the board.
The sharp scent of fresh ginger.
Lemon catching the morning light.

Preparing a smoothie is not a chore. It is a moment of attention.

ME Moringa is not added in a rush. Each spoonful begins with leaves grown and processed in Msambweni.

Moringa does not hide. It joins the banana, the fruit, mint and the rest of a structured breakfast.

This first conscious decision may be small, but it sets the tone: begin with intention, not urgency.

What morning ritual gives meaning to your day?

Before nourishing the body, start by rehydrating it. After several hours of sleep, a large glass of water—plain or with lemon—helps you wake up gently.

This is also the perfect time to prepare your me™ moringa ritual for breakfast. Moringa should be enjoyed with your breakfast, never on an empty stomach. One simple morning habit, at the right moment.

Do you prepare your wellness ritual as soon as you wake up? 🌿

Day 1 – #21MatinsME

The very first thing you do each morning sets the tone for every hour that follows.

Too often, we rush it. We jump out of bed, already trying to catch up with a day that seems to be slipping away before it has even begun.

For Day 1 of the #21MatinsME Challenge, we invite you to do the opposite: slow down.

Take those extra three minutes under the covers. Feel the morning light. Breathe.

After a night of fasting, your body deserves a gentle awakening. We don't recommend starting with pure moringa powder, which is best enjoyed with a full stomach.

Instead, ease into the day with the comforting warmth of a Power me infusion—carefully crafted to gently awaken your body and mind without overwhelming them.

What's the very first thing you do when you wake up? 👇
