We start and finish at Colnago Café, where we’ll come together for a post-run stretch and coffee.

5:30 AM Headset collection
5:50 AM Run starts sharp
6:30 AM Run finishes
6:40 AM Post-run stretch and coffee at Colnago

Frequency Runs was built on a simple belief: together, we are stronger and more resilient when we tune in and balance our energies.
Sound is what ties it all together. When we share one soundtrack, we move as one, and suddenly we want to go longer, push further, and carry each other through the toughest moments. And once we’re through, the body deserves a reset.
Our first official edition gave us both: an energetic high, followed by a deep exhale.
A big thank you to @breasy.ae for guiding us back to balance after the run with breathwork and ice baths.

October holds a special place in my heart. It’s always the brewing phase for what’s ahead..my birthday month, the festive season, cooler weather, racing season and outdoor events right around the corner.

This one was no exception. A beautiful family trip to Kenya 🇰🇪, kicking off run club again, celebrating life with the best of friends, holding space for a stadium full of people, and a passion project finally starting to take shape.🧿

Grateful for the blessings and thanking Allah for every moment lived to the fullest. Never taking it for granted. 🤍

Most runs are lived alone, in your own head, just trying to get through.
This one, we moved to one sound, together. That’s when it stopped feeling like exercise and started feeling like connection.
Our first Frequency Run was never about the distance. It was about being in our bodies, grateful that we can move freely, and carrying the fighters, the survivors, and the people who held them up.
This is not a trend. It’s a reason to feel alive.
The next one is open to everyone. Come move with us.

A week full of surprises. 🥉
This weekend was packed with charity events, and the ADCB Pink Run was the one at the center of it all. Pink everywhere, and so many people out there walking, jogging, and running for something bigger than a finish line.
I got to co-lead our run club through a race, warm up a stadium filled with runners and watch every one of them show up and keep going was the best part. Then I surprised myself and stepped onto the podium in third place.

Movement has always been about more than just the physical for me.

This time, we’re moving for something bigger.

On October 28 at 8:30am, I’ll be teaching a special @bodytreestudio BODYTREEBODY Sculpt+ donation-based class in support of breast cancer awareness, with proceeds going to Al Rahma Foundation.

A chance to come together, move with intention, feel strong and contribute to a cause that matters.

Expect good music, great energy and a room full of people moving for a shared purpose.
