When we talk about Egyptian dance, we are talking about so much more than a movement of the hips.

Carrying both Egyptian and Emirati roots, I see dance as a celebration of identity, emotion, and community. It is a living tradition that brings people together and speaks from the heart.

When we dance, we are not just moving to music. We are connecting to culture, expression, and joy. 💃✨

That is why learning the dance means truly feeling the soul behind it.

Share your love for the beauty and grace of Egyptian dance in the comments. 💫

You don't have to dance for an audience.

You can dance for yourself. 🌸
You don't need to be perfect.
You don't need to have a “dancer's body.”
You don't need anyone watching.

Sometimes, movement can simply be a moment between you and your body.

A moment to breathe.
A moment to release.
A moment to feel.

That's what DANCE IN YOUR OWN WAY is about.

💃 Your body.
✨ Your space.
🌸 Your pace.
🤍 Your Dance.
Save this as your reminder to move for yourself.

Sometimes stress needs to be moved through, not stuck in our mind. 💃🌸

Movement can help us become more aware of what's happening in our bodies and support a healthier response to stress.

And dance gives us something more: music, rhythm, expression and connection.

So the next time you feel overwhelmed, try putting on one song and giving yourself permission to move.

No choreography.
No audience.
No judgment.

Just you, your body and the music.
✨ Move in your own way.

Save this for the days when you need a little reset.

Want your Egyptian dancing to feel more natural? Start here. 💃

It's easy to focus on getting every movement “right,” but Egyptian dance is about much more than technique.

🎶 Listen to the music.
🌸 Allow your body.
💃 Feel your movements.
✨ Express yourself.
🤍 Enjoy your dance.

And remember it doesn’t have to be perfect to begin.

The more you listen, practice and connect with your body, the more naturally your dance will flow.

Save this and come back to it during your next practice.

Sometimes, you don't need motivation. You just need the right song. 🎶💃

When I don't feel like dancing, I put on a song that I love.

Something about the music helps me shift my mood, reconnect with myself, and simply… dance.

So here's your invitation today:

🎵 Choose your favorite song.
💃 Put it on.
🌸 Forget about the world
✨ Dance!

What song instantly makes YOU want to dance? Tell me below. 👇

30 seconds. That's all you need. 💃✨

Take a little break, move your body, and dance with me.

You don't have to get every movement perfectly. The goal is to feel the music, reconnect with your body, and enjoy the moment. 🌸

Save this Reel and come back to it whenever you need a quick movement break.

Save + practice + repeat!
And if you tried it, tell me in the comments: How did it feel? 💕

Your brain needs movement, too.

Journaling and dance may seem completely unrelated, but they challenge you in different ways.

✍️ Journaling encourages reflection, organization and emotional processing.

💃 Dance challenges memory, coordination, rhythm, timing and adaptability.

So why not combine them?
Tonight, try this simple ritual:
5 minutes journaling + 5 minutes dancing.

Write down what's on your mind, then put on a song you love and let your body respond.

You don't need to be a writer.
You don't need to be a dancer.
Just give your mind something to process and your body something to feel. 🌸

Save this for your next mind + body reset.

Sometimes, the dream was there long before we knew what to call it. 🤍

There was a little girl who simply loved to dance.

She didn't know where it would take her.

She didn't know it would become part of her identity.

She certainly didn't know that one day, she would build something of her own around that love.

But somehow, the dream stayed.

Today, I'm not just dancing.

I'm teaching. Creating. Building. Sharing.

And every time I move, I think of that little girl who danced simply because it made her happy.

Maybe some dreams don't disappear.

Maybe they just wait for us to grow into them. 🌸

Movement is not one-size-fits-all.

Authentic Egyptian dance is a deeply personal art form. Some days your body asks for gentle, grounded moves; other days it calls for powerful energy to clear away a long week.

My pre-recorded course gives you the freedom to move at your own pace from home, choosing what your body needs on any given day.
