Why we do this:
A lot of kids in the village, especially those who are underprivileged, have very little access to mental health and wellness support. Right now, many of them are facing real issues around character building, bullying, and online safety.
We do this event to give them a safe and caring space to learn, to feel supported, and to grow with confidence.

Join our charity event with kids in Karangasem on Saturday, November 28th, 2026.
Our rundown:
1. Welcome and opening
2. Yoga with Nanik Riani, C.PHt, Yoga Instructor and Hypnotherapy Practitioner
3. Education on character building, bullying, and online safety with Ayu Gita
4. Games
5. Meals, everyone eats together to close the day
Featuring Gusti Ayu Gita Widi Savitri, S.Psi., Psychologist.

Some goodbyes are temporary some goodbyes might be forever . by @merangkul.foundation

As an Indonesian, seeing what is currently happening in my country is truly heartbreaking. The least I can do is use my platform to raise awareness and share what’s happening. No matter where life takes me or where I am in the world, I will never forget where I come from. My heart will always be with my homeland, and I pray that things get better soon. 🇮🇩❤️ by @merangkul.foundation

Some moments from last month’s charity event. by @merangkul.foundation

In a world full of greed, never forget the importance of being kind to one another. In a society where people are constantly chasing wealth, success, and recognition, let us not lose sight of what makes us human. There are people struggling in silence, children growing up without the opportunities they deserve, and families doing their best to survive each day. Not everyone has the same privileges, and not everyone gets the same chances in life, but everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

We may not be able to solve every problem or help every person in need, but that should never stop us from doing what we can. A small act of kindness may seem insignificant to us, yet it could mean the world to someone else. We do not need to be wealthy to give, powerful to make a difference, or recognized to do something meaningful. Sometimes, all it takes is a willing heart, a helping hand, and the courage to care when others choose to look away.

Let us never become so consumed by our own lives that we forget the struggles of others. May we learn to give without expecting anything in return, help without seeking recognition, and love without judging someone’s circumstances. Because at the end of the day, our humanity is not defined by how much we own, but by how we treat those who have less than us. The world may not change overnight, but every act of compassion brings us one step closer to a world where kindness is stronger than greed, love is greater than indifference, and no one has to feel forgotten.
