Amanda Happy Birthday!! Oh how the 30 years have slipped by, both a blink and a lifetime. I remember holding you for the first time, small and certain, changing your diaper as you changed me forever. I’ve watched you grow with grace, facing challenges you didn’t deserve, never losing sight of what matters, and meeting the world with curiosity, strength, and kindness. Fire and calm in equal measure. I admire so much about you, but mostly how you’ve always stayed true to yourself, no matter the turns along the road. You’ve built your life with care, you love deeply, and you bring light into the lives around you. You inspire me everyday. Today you don’t just carry my pride, you carry my love and gratitude for being your father. by @meredithshep
Link in bio with RESOURCES to take action. We are at a critical breaking point. Now is the time to fight. We are seeing a blatant and brutal crack down on free speech by state actors. Collective action and boycotts hit them where it hurts. Take action now! Before we no longer can. by @meredithshep

We gathered at 26 Federal Plaza in silent protest against the thousands of people who are currently being disappeared by ICE. We held space by saying the names of those who can no longer speak for themselves in this country. Our bodies formed a living circle of memory and demand. We refuse to let their stories vanish into silence. With each name, we remind this country that these are not numbers or statistics, but people with dreams, families, and futures stolen. We gather not only to remember but to demand: an end to this violence, an end to these disappearances, and the return of every person unjustly taken. Inspired by the Madres de la Plaza de Mayo—the courageous mothers who, for decades, demanded answers about their disappeared children in Argentina. Like them, we wear white, a symbol of mourning and resistance. We stand together in quiet defiance of a system that continues to tear families apart. Join Us. by @meredithshep

Today @chasestrangio argued for all of us in front of the Supreme Court. He works tirelessly to fight for freedom and autonomy. And I could go on and on about WHAT he does BUT it’s HOW he does it - with kindness , respect , intellect and resilience (in ways I have no idea how he does it ) so today we ALL owe him our gratitude bc we are all linked together in the fight for freedom and bodily autonomy by @meredithshep

PRO MIND YOUR DAMN BUSINESS ! #weallneedabortion by @meredithshep
I’m proud to feature in the @we.all.need.a campaign to destigmatize and protect access to abortion care with some of my fellow heroes on the front lines of the fight. This iconic photo was captured by the renowned @MarkSeliger. Together, we hope to change the national narrative around access to abortion care and remind everyone this is an urgent human rights issue that will impact us all and future generations to come. #WeAllNeedAbortion To learn more, please visit WeAllNeedAbortion.com by @meredithshep
