I think about this one a lot:

i want my life to be full of Great Moments

Great moments exist in ordinary moments. Try having a cup of tea! by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“When we speak negatively about others, we are effectively rejecting ourselves — because we are all connected. The ability to speak compassionately about others is a direct reflection of the compassion we have towards ourselves.” -Amber Lyon by @meredithsjarsofjoy

Invitation to exist in full 💓🍀🥹 by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“On major life decisions, the purpose of seeking advice is not to get answers. It's to gain perspective.

No one knows what's best for you. They can only share what makes sense to them.

The most important question to ask is not what you should do. It's what you might be missing.” - Adam Grant by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“Just make it EXIST first. You can make it good later.” by @meredithsjarsofjoy

We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.
-Carlos Castaneda by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“I worried a lot. Will the garden grow, will the rivers
flow in the right direction, will the earth turn
as it was taught, and if not how shall I correct it?
Was I right, was I wrong, will I be forgiven,
can I do better?
Will I ever be able to sing, even the sparrows
can do it and I am, well, hopeless.
Is my eyesight fading or am I just imagining it,
am I going to get rheumatism, lockjaw, dementia?
Finally I saw that worrying had come to nothing.
And gave it up. And took my old body and went out into the morning, and sang.”
- Mary Oliver by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“I was reminded of the four immutable
Laws of The Spirit:
Whoever is present are the right people.
Whenever it begins is the right time.
Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.”
Anne Lamott by @meredithsjarsofjoy

“If it is unappetizing: do not eat, date, or sign up for it. If the mere thought of it is depressing: do not major in it, sit through it, or devote your life to it. If it is not important to you: do not do it because it is important to somebody else. You will thank yourself.” 💓 by @meredithsjarsofjoy
