For years of inspiration, these are long overdue. I’ll be sending these wildly one of a kind emerald, 14k gold, and sterling silver earrings to someone I’ve never met, but been inspired by for a long time.

If you haven’t heard, I’m a huge @coheed fan and as a fellow artist married to another artist, I admire @claudiopsanchez and @chonnye.

My husband, Malachi, has been waiting YEARS for me to finally make a Coheed piece. Inspiration recently struck and the timing was right. These are for you, Chonnye. I hope you like them. Thank you for all that you do💛

Black Friday was built around the idea of buying more.

More stuff. More discounts. More things made by the thousands, just to be sold by the millions.

But I’ve never really been interested in making more of the same thing.

I’m interested in making something that has never existed before.

Something shaped by my own two hands, with stones that took millions of years to become what they are.

Something that can’t be restocked. Can’t be replicated. And won’t be here again once it’s gone.

So while the rest of the world is getting ready for Black Friday…

I’m over here making jewelry, one piece at a time.

And I think there’s something pretty wonderful about that.

From mess to magic… I think being a Goldsmith is the best fit for me because I can have a huge mess a bigger mess cause all the little things are little. Does that make sense in many ways I’m a raven making my collections fitting it back together in the way, I wanna see it. by @mettlebyabby

Dendritic stones were among the first gemstones I fell in love with and began seeking out. They were pictures to me—painted by nature, of nature.

Finding just the right ones was hard. A beautiful stone wasn’t enough; I had to feel connected to it. And when I found those stones, I loved them dearly, long before I ever made them into jewelry.

It felt like an honor to work with them then. It still does.

I just listed these eight one-of-a-kind pieces on my website, starting at $110. Each began with a stone that made me stop and feel something.

If one keeps catching your eye, maybe you feel a connection to it, too. 💛

OK in all honesty like I’ve suffered from insomnia for decades, but lately sleep has been really really good… maybe it’s all the jewelry dreams I’m thinking up… I’ve got that October kind of feeling fueling me by @mettlebyabby
