Rethinking rehab and upper body RTP 🧠 A masterclass from @jmeyerpt this past week sharing lessons learned from his 5+ years of experience on the 1080 Quantum, building out his upper body pre-season testing battery, how those tests have changed over time, and how motorized resistance and data supports the RTP process itself Here are awesome snippets: 1️⃣ Showing how isokinetic data is more than just total force and how data elevates traditional exercises you’d be doing anyways 2️⃣ His “surgeon party” educating them on motorized resistance and the rehab process to build more buy-in and communication Tune in for a new lens and mindset shift for RTP for any practitioner trying to evolve their athlete care 👇 Comment “Shoulder” and we’ll see you a link to the full presentation by @meyersportla
