Trying to be inspired more and think less 😩 I loved this cover I saw on TikTok (@dulcimerguy_1) and was wanting to sing with it, so I did! I haven’t had a ‘post myself singing’ phase, so I guess it’s now 😬 Of course I did a few takes but I really am trying to just let myself be and enjoy the process 🎶 so please excuse my lack of presence! by @mezzosopranoelle

Much to say and many ways to say it! I had trouble even finding the right pictures to do this experience justice 😂 I felt that my time at HPAF was a “test” of my personal growth and my adaptability as a performer - a way to see what I can cut out for myself in this life… And it was! But more than that, it proved beyond a doubt that promises of support, inspiration, and love (externally and internally) will always take you where you need to be. Beyond our charming “Carousel” family photo, I’ve included a picture of the only ‘moonbow’ I’ve ever seen. Even in the dark, in the night, promises are kept. Your efforts will shine as brightly as you do for as long as you care to put yourself out there, and continue being. So much love and thanks to my HPAF family as the festival comes to a close (I apologize that not everyone was able to be tagged, you still made a great impact on me whether I saw you perform or just said hello :)). I am extremely grateful that I had the promises of you all to hold me to the promises I will keep in the future. To keep singing, to keep growing, to keep going. A season of dreams indeed! Mahalo plenty my dears 🌈🌌

Performer first, teacher next, learner always! So happy to be a part of the Hawai’i Performing Arts Festival right now and continue growing as a singer. Here’s some clips and pics of my journey as a vocalist and educator from high school, college, and beyond - ending with my two most recent performances at HPAF. More to come! 😁🎶💫 by @mezzosopranoelle
