People often ask me “how do you do it?” Truth is… you just do it. It’s not always easy but you can have a job, be a good parent and still make time for yourself and your goals!! #ironmantraining #mom #fitness #endurancetraining by @mia_gurule

Marathoner x2 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ 3:44 — a 33-minute PR. 🥹

This race was incredibly well organized, such a fun experience, and the course was definitely a give-and-take—but one I’d recommend to anyone!

The last 8 miles had me deep in the pain cave, to say the least 😂 but I kept reminding myself: how lucky am I to be out here GETTING to run 26.2 miles? That mindset carried me to the finish.

So grateful for this sport, this body, and the opportunity to keep seeing what I’m capable of. Now it’s time to recover and start training for whatever comes next. 👀

Taking a step back from the other disciplines while I get ready for my marathon. Though I did quite miss them this week 😅 #peakweek #marathon #marathontraining #fitness by @mia_gurule

Disclaimer: I don’t actually track my calories or macros just did it today for the purpose of the video so everything is an estimate 😂 #fitness #whatieatinaday #endurancetraining #glutenfree by @mia_gurule
