@leelabradaofficial , a legend in the bodybuilding world, was someone I admired during my teenage and adult years. I would spend hours watching bodybuilding videos like Mass with Class , learning the foundation of muscle building. Reading about him in bodybuilding magazines like @muscleandfitness also fueled my love for physical fitness, anatomy, physiology and nutrition. Fast forward to last Monday, I had the opportunity to meet Lee in person at his renowned facility, Labrada Nutrition in Houston TX. The meeting wasn’t just a brief interaction; we recorded an hour-long podcast 🎙️ delving into health, fitness, wellness, and my personal experiences. The day further unfolded with myself and Justin Singer enjoying lunch together, touring his impressive facility, and even hitting the gym for a back and arm workout session. I’m thankful for @joepolish , who bridged the connection, paving the way for what I now cherish as a new friendship with Lee. What an unforgettable day! @labradanutrition @optimyze.me @labradanutrition_in @hunterlabrada @leelabradaofficial @joepolish @jsingertx #Bodybuilding #WorkoutMotivation #FitnessJourney #GymLife #FitFam #MuscleGain #Weightlifting #FitnessGoals #TrainHard #GymTime #SwoleLife #StrengthTraining #FitnessAddict #BodybuilderLifestyle #LiftHeavy #Gains #FitLife #WorkoutRoutine #FitnessInspiration #SquatEveryday #GymRat #MuscleBuilding #WorkoutOfTheDay #FitInspiration #StrengthAndConditioning #LegDay #CardioWorkout #FitNation #BulkingSeason #leelabradaclassic by @michael_roviello

An unforgettable day coaching the legendary Ice-T @icet and the stunning @coco and sister @iamkristyaustin at Optimyze Center! From the Cold Plunge to the hot 🥵 Saunas, these two embraced it all. They dialed into their inner selves with PEMF 🧲 therapy and unleashed their natural power in the @biochargerng room with some transformative Breathwork. “Don’t hate the player, hate the game Ice-T ,” but today we were all champions in the game of well-being. Big fans of their work, especially Ice-T’s timeless role in the hip hop culture, rap movement , Law & Order: SVU and classics like New Jack City. Click the link 🔗 in bio for details! Follow us @junglerhythmsofficial When was the last time you spent an entire day doing something completely different? Meeting new people. Having conversations that actually matter. Learning something that challenges the way you think. Moving your body, listening to great music, and maybe even jumping into an ice bath with a bunch of strangers. That’s what we’re creating with Jungle Rhythms. It’s a little bit of wellness, a little bit of science, a little bit of adventure, and a whole lot of human connection. No two events are ever the same, and that’s exactly the point. We’re bringing it all together one last time in 2026 at Mountain Shadows on December 19th. Common Ground was a hit ⛺️ 🌲 🔥 recently, I realized that not everyone has had the experiences that I had from previous camping trips and military service. Some men were new to camping. Some men were avid hunters and campers throughout the years. Regardless, we work together, we had a lot of laughs, we cooked together, we built together, we hike together, we got Cold together. There’s something to say when people suffer together in a good way. We also taught some basic skills for the men that were new. Learned how to chop wood, set up their tent, use natural resources within the area to light fires and prepare for bad weather and even operate machines. No phones, no emails, no text messages, no calls just humans having conversations working together and reconnecting with our primal roots. Since this one was such a big success, we’re hosting another one. This time it will be in the winter. So be prepared for some cold weather, but that’s part of the challenge. If you want to learn more, just comment common ground and will keep you plugged in for our next event. Special shout out to everyone who answered the call and attended without knowing what to expect. And a big shout out to our host @shiyastrong and all of our volunteers #nature #wild #adventure #mensgroup by @michael_roviello
2 pictures, 7 years, 5 months and 20 days apart. What Michael and Jesse have built together is so much more than a business. They have created something that has truly changed lives here. Optimyze has become a second home for so many of us. A place where people come to feel better, get stronger, heal, connect, and be part of something bigger than themselves. That kind of impact does not happen by accident. It comes from leadership, vision, consistency, and the kind of care they pour into this place every single day. Michael and Jesse are amazing business partners, mentors, and men. The journey reflected in these two photos is such a testament to what can happen when the right people build with purpose. What they have created is special, and so are the people behind it. by @michael_roviello
