2016
The year I cheered in the NFC Championship game
The year I cheered at Super Bowl 50
The year I fell in love with a pup named Teddy 🥰
I coached an amazing group of cheerleaders, competed in my first bodybuilding show, and shot a swimsuit calendar.
This year was absolutely the highest point in my life and it was followed by the lowest point in my life. It was the last year before everything in my life changed.

Some official photos (and some unofficials) from my first Hyrox race 🙌🏼
I’ve been dying to compete in one for a few years now but I’ve had to choose taking care of my body and slowing down over intensity. Thankful to my coach @wesnoski.coaching for helping me get my body to a place where I felt comfortable not only training but pushing hard. Also, I got to compete with my best friend. @m0xley love you so much! Thanks for being my teammate. 💚🩵 by @michaelabyars13
