I am so excited to share that I have accepted a performing role at Universal Studios Japan for 2024! Performing abroad in Japan has been a goal of mine for so long, and I am very grateful to be working alongside such phenomenal performers from around the world.

My time performing for the @nuggets and @coloradoavalanche has come to an end (for now <3). I am grateful for KSE, @kerryannekeogh, and @chrisdighero for bringing me on board to drum for the past 3 years, and to all of the members who made me feel so welcomed as I was still getting acclimated to Colorado in 2021.

I'll be rooting for the teams all the way from Japan, and I'm honored I have gotten to play a role in elevating the gameday experience for @ballarenadenver every week! ✌️✌️

2025 - SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to travel to the UAE and meet so many amazing people during my time working in Abu Dhabi!

My two shows were the "S.E.A. Maintenance Crew" and "Dolphin Presentation" where I entertained thousands of guests daily from many countries and cultures.

I never got around to posting this cover I made last year!

When I heard this song used by Ilia Malinin in his 2025 free skating routine, I immediately hopped on the kit and got to work.

I'm grateful I got to perform this live in Osaka at 🇺🇸🥁vs 🇯🇵🎸, and maybe sometime I'll re-record it with video <3

一年後、One Year Later.

I never thought I'd have a family in Japan.

No one who'd support me and watch all my shows for a full year. No connections I'd be sure to keep One Year Later. No fans who send me the most thoughtful letters and gifts and DMs and all of their amazing photos from my shows. No friends who'd show me the local spots, the hidden restaurants, a more authentic non-tourist experience. No one I'd soon call a brother to me after a whole year with such differing personalities. No chance people would ask me to return and share my music again in 2025, or in 2026.

These are all things I never expected, and not only did it catch me by surprise, it swept me onto a journey and a promise to stay connected to this country.

2025 was a very challenging year, navigating new contracts, making tough decisions, being away from family and Nicole, being away from the Japanese community that made me feel so welcome in 2024.

I care deeply about overcoming the everpresent negativity that defaults modern society, social media, and politics. "一年後" concert, to me, was a statement reminder that life is non-linear, and we can simultaneously exist in happiness and positivity AND all the stressors that make life feel daunting. The concert was simple, yet heartfelt with a setlist that hopefully brought joy and peace to our audience.

@evan.thurber and I talked for months about this concert, and I'm so glad we produced this together, because we both understand it won't be the last.

Thank you to all the performers and helpers who trusted two foreigners to help build this community together. @ell_lnp @kamaboko_3_ @shuriii37 @takehirockpiano @whamguitar @la_senas_osaka @scary.x_x.chan

Thank you to @elevate_tsukamo for all of the logistical help preparing, we LOVE the venue and we're honored to have performed this stage.

Thank you to all of the fans in the audience for holding onto your hearts through an entire year away from a couple New York workers. You are the #1 reason I wish to perform more in Japan.

Exploring the Earth through the lens of a performer is always fascinating, and I am grateful to have begun my contract performing with SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi!

The Middle East is such a vastly historical land, and I'm also so eager to pick up some new recipes. Plenty more to come, it's time to get started!

السلام عليكم
