Roni Daloomi & Michael Einav - ALL THE WASTED TIME (From Parade by Jason Robert Brown) In 2012 we were cast as Mary Phagan and Britt Craig in the Israeli Festival/Cameri Theatre production. It was such a unique experience and a beautiful production. Now when Roni came to visit in New York, it was a great opportunity to finally record something together after years of talking about it :) It’s really cool that we kinda “grew up” into these roles of Leo and Lucille - age and maturity wise. 😍🙏🏻💕 #broadway #parade #musical #newyorkcity #israel @paradebway #paradebroadway #jasonrobertbrown @jasonrobertbrownstagram #ronidaloomi #michaeleinav #actorslife #westend *This is a cover version, we do not own the right* by @michaeleinav

“I think it works.”

Michael Einav after about 20 seconds of this drill… and his high notes agree.

After Michael sang the end of “Out There,” we noticed something subtle but important: a flat spot through his lower back during a spinal roll-down — a lack of true lumbar flexion.

So we did a simple lumbar circle, and suddenly the top of the phrase? Effortless.

This is exactly why I teach movement drills alongside voice…because sometimes the whole system just needs a clearer map.

This lumbar mobility drill is one of the foundational tools I teach in The Singing Athlete™ Level One Certification — and there are only 2 spots left for the December online cohort.

And if you’re closer to the West…

Let’s just say Salt Lake City might be seeing us soon in February 👀

THE AUDITION follows Michael, an Israeli-American actor, doing his best to thrive and survive the cold NYC musical theatre streets. Michael’s inner voice shines through as he dons his best smile and sells himself to the ones who control the stage and his future. The twisted and hilarious irony of being continuously beaten down by the very career you chose is relatable to everyone who will watch THE AUDITION, and Michael’s smiling through the pain is all too familiar in these chaotic times. Funny, smart, and highly entertaining, THE AUDITION will carry you on a short and meaningful journey from the stage to Times Square.

Featuring: Jamari Johnson Williams, Stephanie Lynne Mason, Mark Campbell, Drew Seigla, Rony Goffer, Ron Tal, and Tierney Rose Bent. The creative team: Michael Einav (Concept, Performance, Production), Avihai Haham (Choreography), Moshe Kepten (Additional Direction), Eran Regev (Camera Operator), Adi Kozlovsky (Location Producer), and Yaron Kafkafi (Theater Backgrounds Designer).

THE AUDITION 2 - Another Unoriginal Short Musical Film (By Michael Einav) **Youtube Full screen version in bio**
MICHAEL EINAV welcomes everyone back into his bittersweet story as an artist in theater with the anticipated sequel; THE AUDITION 2. Follow Michael as a chance encounter turns into an opportunity that brings him to Los Angeles for a role seemingly tailor-made for his type cast, and watch him navigate college friends, casting directors, and agents as he continues to fight the misconceptions and prejudices of being Israeli-American. Michael’s struggle to represent his truth is engaging, funny, frustrating, and very human. His dry humor and charm are very endearing as he deals with finding himself sidelined for being “different” even though the current climate is meant to be one celebrating our differences and elevating diverse artists.
THE AUDITION 2 will once again sweep you away on a short and heartfelt journey to the behind the scene working of an industry we are all captivated by. Featured in the film are fellow alums from Fiddler on the Roof: Bobby Underwood, Ron Tal, and Lisa Fishman. #michaeleinav #shortfilm #broadway #hollywood #actorslife #newyorkcity #losangeles #telaviv #Israel #galgadot
