4 years of our debut album, ‘Prehistoric Feeling’. Sold our van, rented out our home and temporarily moved to California to make this record - literally unturned every stone and put all of ourselves into this music (and these videos). Thank you to anyone that has streamed/shared/supported this release in anyway and to the many incredible friends and musicians that collaborated with us on this album (producers @tennisinc @stlucia) - all the love. -M&B

I love teaching - the last five weeks @berkleesummer were a life affirming experience for me. Thanks to @cristina.vaira.official @berkleeswd for having me back yet again - I’m so grateful for the opportunity to teach so many incredible students. And many thanks to my community who showed me so much love and support from afar ❤️ by @michaelford_jr

•!SLOW DOWN!• summer’s last gasp, torch your phone, go for a swim, eat some ice cream, yum.////everything by me, anything for you. (except the photo which is by life mag 1941)

I should slow down
Watch the world go ‘round
I’d like give myself
The opportunity

Now everyday is Sunday
Ain’t nobody phone me
Yea, that little black mirror
Makes me wanna scream

I should slow down

I’m going for a long walk
I’m playing all my big bops
Yea it’s 12:51, Jules keeps telling me

Then I’ll probably take a lake day
Lie out in the sunbeams
I’m gonna drift out as far as I can see

I should slow down by @michaelford_jr

It’s an honor to be back @berkleecollege teaching songwriting this summer! I’ll be here for the next 6 weeks and will be checking my IG sparingly (if at all)….for studio/writing inquiries please reach out using the email in my bio. Much love everybody!! -Michael by @michaelford_jr
