Build credible relationships, document what happens and prepare your team to respond quickly, calmly and with empathy. If your business were publicly criticized today, would your reputation be strong enough to withstand it? by @michaeltasner

Customers can tell when a brand is trying to manufacture a “real” moment. Authenticity has to shape the message from the beginning. It cannot be added after everything else has been scripted, polished and approved. Does your marketing sound like your brand, or like the brand you think people want to see? What do you think? by @michaeltasner
You cannot add $1,000 to your advertising budget for one month, during your busiest season, and expect ridiculous results when you have never invested consistently. You haven’t earned the right to make a withdrawal because you haven’t spent enough time building the audience. How long do you give a marketing strategy before deciding whether it works? by @michaeltasner
A parent may scroll past your advertisement. But they will photograph the moment their child walks through the door smiling, excited and ready to come back. That moment becomes a memory, a recommendation and often your most credible marketing. Before spending more to promote the business, ask whether you have created an experience families genuinely want to share. What moment are parents most likely to capture at your business? by @michaeltasner
You cannot underinvest in marketing for years, try something new for 45 days and expect extraordinary results. Strong marketing needs enough time, consistency and data to improve. “Act now” is rarely the answer to every hesitation. When parents delay a decision, they may not need more pressure. They may need clearer information, stronger proof or a safer next step. Urgency can accelerate trust. It cannot replace it. What question might be stopping your customers from confidently saying yes? by @michaeltasner
Q4 is when many businesses increase their marketing budgets. But sending more parents into a confusing customer journey only makes the problem more expensive. Before buying more traffic, experience your business as a parent would: Can they find the essential information? Do they understand the next step? How quickly do they receive a helpful answer? Can they take action easily from their phone? More marketing amplifies the experience you already provide. Save this checklist and run the five-step audit before increasing your Q4 budget. by @michaeltasner

Businesses rarely break their brand promise with one dramatic decision. It usually happens through small changes made in the name of speed, efficiency or growth. If your marketing still promises an experience your operations no longer deliver, customers will notice the gap. What part of your original customer experience is worth protecting at all costs? by @michaeltasner
Customers may buy your product, but they often pay a premium for something less tangible: recognition, reassurance, familiarity or belonging. Before optimizing an experience, identify what must never be removed. What part of your customer experience is worth protecting? Share them in the comment section below. by @michaeltasner
Five priorities usually mean nothing is truly a priority. Choose the one outcome that matters most, give it your full attention and build momentum before adding something else. What is the one priority your business needs to finish next? #BusinessGrowth #Focus #Entrepreneurship by @michaeltasner
