Back in September 2023, I had an amazing opportunity to be a part of this promotional video for @f45_training with @markwahlberg It was an all day shoot with a full production team. You can catch me briefly giving a hi five around 1:04 and again at the end in the group shot standing behind Mark.
I love my F45 family for helping me keep my health and fitness goals part of my daily focus, and I’m truly honored to have had this opportunity to be a part of this video.
Shout out to @staceygualandi for introducing me to @mp.fries ♥️

Celebrated @sandyscamman birthday today with a brunch at @sadelleslasvegas in the beautiful @bellagio conservatory! 🥂🌺 by @michele_rothstein

Thinking of you Scott, sending love, prayers, positive, energy & support. Grateful to know you. I’m so glad you’re still here and sorry you’ve been feeling the way you’ve been feeling. You are loved in Las Vegas & around the country & the world.

For those of you who only know Scott as @carrottoplive & never had the pleasure to meet him, see him, or work with him I want to share my experience because he is an incredible human being.

He’s obviously funny, smart, warm, friendly, a comedy genius & very generous. I have shared the stage with him five times, in his show. He brought me in to play Trump. His show does not need the addition of me, but that is where the generosity comes in, he wants to share his success with other comedians, support other performers and surprise his audience.

Post show he always invited me to be part of the meet & greet, which is amazing since I was only in the show for 5 minutes, again he is incredibly generous. And watching him with the crowd is a master class in appreciation, gratitude and humor.

Today I looked over all our texts, and the theme of his text are supportive, complementary and of course, incredibly funny, especially when he’s trying to do his Trump impression.

I’m grateful Scott is alive. This is all very close to my heart since I have had mental health struggles since my teens. Thankfully I have had multiple therapists and group therapy to guide me.

Check on your friends and check on yourself. Everyone thinks it is ok the have physical health issues, that’s accepted but for some reason “mental health issues” are unacceptable and denied. Don’t be that person, get the help you need.

Mental and physical health go hand in hand. You need to practice, workout, check in every day. Be an advocate for yourself. You deserve to be healthy. September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. by @michele_rothstein

Our final night in London, we decided to dine at a well-known Greek restaurant in London. The food was amazing and it was the perfect sendoff for a perfect trip with @michele_rothstein Cheerio London we will see you soon. by @michele_rothstein

There’s something SO special about finding people you can actually be yourself around. 🥹🫶🏼

No pretending. No walking on eggshells. No wondering if you’re being too loud, too weird, too goofy, or just… too much. 😂🤪

You can laugh until your stomach hurts, say the ridiculous thing that pops into your head, act completely unhinged for five minutes, and know there’s ZERO judgment. 💕

Those are the people who make life feel lighter.

The older I get, the more I appreciate friendships where everyone can just relax, let their guard down, and genuinely enjoy each other for exactly who they are. ✨

Find the people who match your crazy, celebrate your weirdness, and make you feel completely comfortable being YOU.

Life is way more fun when you don’t have to edit yourself. 😜🥂💕

🎶💿 BACK TO THE ’80s! 💿🎶

Back to the 80s Cafe did NOT disappoint for Sandy Knight’s 40th birthday… or, as Sandy prefers to call it, HALFWAY TO 80. 😂🎂💀

Honestly, I respect the branding. 😂👏🏼

We had such a fun night with great people, ridiculous outfits, lots of laughs, and ALL the ’80s vibes. 🕺🏼🪩⚡️💗

I will say… walking around BEFORE we got to the party dressed like this definitely earned me a few looks. 👀😂 But the second you walk into Back to the 80s Cafe, suddenly you’re not overdressed—you’re exactly where you belong. 🤣🙌🏼

Sandy, thank you so much for having us celebrate with you! 🥂💕 And can we talk about the fact that you’re FORTY?! Because absolutely not.

Not a day over FABULOUS. 💅🏼✨

Born in the ’80s… and now officially halfway there. 😂👵🏼💿

Happy 40th, Sandy! Here’s to the next 40 being even more fabulous than the first. 🥂🎂💕✨

SWIPE 👈 Since we had been to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre we thought it fitting to see a show at London’s Dominion Theatre. We chose Devil Wears Prada. British actors performing American accents is so much fun especially when they slip out of it or over do the New YAWK Accent. by @michele_rothstein

So happy to be able to meet up with my friends in London @theadventuresofabutterfly and my actor buddy @adambondofficial It was a beautiful day at the famous Anchor restaurant, then it was over to the Borough Market for some cheese! by @michele_rothstein

SWIPE 👈 @michele_rothstein and I love London. Last time we were here it was Christmas and cold. This time it summer and it was absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the Bankside, Hilton, and it was fantastic, I highly recommend this hotel and the morning buffet was incredible as you’ll see in the videos. by @michele_rothstein
