POSTS STORIES REELS

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘄.

It wasn’t one big collapse, it was years of trying to hold everything together.

I’d already reinvented myself more times than I could count…
from corporate deadlines and high stress, to disability support that drained me emotionally,
to low-ticket network marketing that took more energy than it ever gave.
Then a shopfront business I poured my heart into,
that failed when the world shut down.

I remember the mornings that started before sunrise,
the rush, the pressure, the guilt.
Trading hours for security that never actually felt secure.
Nodding through another day but quietly wondering, 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘵?

It wasn’t a dramatic movie moment, just a quiet whisper that said, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴.

Each time I thought, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.
But each time it left me more exhausted, more in debt, and more uncertain of who I even was anymore.

Somewhere between keeping the bills paid and keeping my family afloat, I lost myself.
I lost the joy. The spark. The belief that I was meant for more than survival.
Between caring for everyone else and keeping the lights on, I lost the part of me that felt alive.

I’d look at Simon and see the same weight in his eyes,
two people holding a dream that felt too far away.

That was my line-in-the-sand moment.
The day I stopped pretending it was all fine
and finally admitted that what I was doing wasn’t working.

It was the day I decided to stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of me.

Because if I didn’t choose to rewrite the story now,
I’d still be living a version of life that was quietly draining me.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝘄𝗼: 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
I didn’t find alignment by accident.
It came the moment I stopped being loyal to a life that was slowly breaking me.

For years, I’d been watching someone I deeply trusted, my mentor, rise with grace, alignment and purpose. I saw her build success that wasn’t just financial… it was free.
While I stayed loyal to a company that had me stuck, she built a legacy.

When I finally looked at the compensation plan, really looked, and saw the potential for 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻, everything shifted.
It wasn’t about chasing another opportunity.
It was about choosing a model that finally made sense for the woman I’d become.

For the first time in years, I felt 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯.
Like maybe my dreams hadn’t expired after all.
But I’ll be honest, I also felt 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳.
Fear of starting over. Fear of building again.
Yet this time, the numbers told a different story… a high-ticket model that could create impact and income without burning myself out or starting from zero.

I used to think high-ticket meant high risk, but what I found was 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.

This wasn’t about hustle anymore.
It was about alignment with my values, my vision, and the legacy I want to leave.

Because sometimes alignment doesn’t look like starting over…
It looks like 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲, 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲: 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
It was never about starting over… it was about rising higher.

After choosing alignment, everything began to expand, not in chaos, but in clarity.

What started as a personal rebuild evolved into something much bigger… a mission.
A mission to help women remember their power, create leveraged income, and live in alignment with who they truly are.

The right people started showing up.
The right conversations started flowing.
And for the first time in a long time, I wasn’t chasing… I was attracting.

𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘨𝘰 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘦𝘹𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘣𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴.

For me, this season is about expansion, legacy income, mentoring with integrity, and showing others that their next chapter is not the ending… it’s the ignition point.

This isn’t a story about reinvention.
It’s about reclamation.
About remembering who you were before life told you to settle.

Expansion looks like women walking beside me…
visionaries, disruptors, dreamers who refuse to give up their spark.

We’re rewriting what success looks like, and this time it’s built on purpose, not pressure.

Because expansion isn’t about doing more… it’s about being more of who you truly are.

𝗠𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲… 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹.

What this could look like for you:
✨ No longer trading time for money
✨ Waking up inspired, not drained
✨ Building something that outlives you… for your children, your grandchildren, and the woman you’re becoming

If you’re ready to step into your next chapter, the first step starts here.
Apply through the JotForm link in my bio and I’ll review your application within 48 hours.

Because rising higher isn’t about starting again… it’s about becoming undeniable.

𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

It’s not passive. It’s not overnight. And anyone telling you it’s easy money is selling you something.

I work on my business every single day. Some days it flows. Other days I’m learning something new for the third time and wondering why it won’t stick 😂

In saying that, here’s what makes it different from anything I’ve done before.

This week, leaders from different teams around the globe are coming together to run a mastermind for all of us. In most industries, people guard what they know. Here, they share it. Nobody is left to figure it out alone.

And today I got a call from Enagic Australia. They want to set up a time to support me in reaching my next rank, because I’m that close.

I didn’t get that call by luck. I got it by showing up, doing the work and having the right people around me.

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀?

Filling in the form, hoping nobody else had already booked those dates, then feeling guilty the whole time you were away.

This Cup weekend Simon and I took Friday through to Tuesday at Loch Sport. He works for himself and I can work from anywhere, so we just packed up and went.

The plan was the jet ski. Then the weather turned, so we threw the 4WD onto the coastal tracks instead. No schedule to rush back for, so who cares 😂

In saying that, it didn’t happen overnight. It took a decision to stop waiting and start building something that gave us the choice.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮𝗽𝗺. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲.

The afternoon slump hits, you glance at the clock for the fifth time and think, “What the heck am I still doing here?”

Then you sneak a look at your phone. Travel pages. Retirement calculators. Another “work from home” search you’ll close before anyone sees it.

And the same question keeps creeping in... am I too late?

In my opinion, that question doesn’t mean you’ve missed your chance. It means part of you already knows you want something different. Feel, felt that too.

Remember when that was the whole plan? Get a good job, stay put, pay off the house and wait for super to kick in. Holidays were for long weekends and “one day”.

It’s Monday morning and I’m at Loch Sport. Coffee in hand, lake out the front, and my business right here in my pocket.

I’m 61 and I didn’t retire. I just stopped believing the only way to earn was swapping my hours for someone else’s pay cheque.

In saying that, I know how it feels to still be doing it the old way, wondering if it’s too late to change the plan. Feel, felt that too.

There comes a point where being at peace with yourself matters more than being understood by everyone else.

Not everyone will choose you.
Not everyone will stay.
Not everyone will see what you bring.

And at this age?

I’m okay with that.

I’m not shrinking, over-explaining, convincing or chasing.

The people who are meant to walk beside me won’t need to be persuaded.

Long weekends used to be a military operation 😅

The kids, the dog, the esky, the food box, the tent, gas bottles, ice and every bit of camping gear we owned. Then the boat, the skis, the boards, the biscuits, the life jackets and the bikes strapped on the back 😅 By the time we pulled out of the driveway I’d already done a full day’s work, and I’d come home more tired than when I left.

Feel, felt that too?

𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝟲𝟭, 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁.

A sunset walk on the beach. A glass of bubbles at 4pm. The pup supervising from the cushion. And nobody asking what’s for tea 🥂

In saying that, I wouldn’t trade those chaotic years for anything. Those boys are grown men now with lives of their own, and I’m so proud of them.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲.

I’m learning that slowing down isn’t lazy. It’s earned.

Halloween when we were kids? Never heard of it 😂

No costumes. No lollies at the door. If a kid knocked on your door in 1982, it was because Mum had sent them over to borrow a cup of sugar.

Now my grandkids have more costumes than I had school shoes 🎃

In saying that, I love how things change. Some things we grew up with just don’t fit anymore... and that’s ok.

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲.

That goes for how we earn a living too. I changed mine in my late 50s, and I’m building my next chapter online 🐞

Most people think it’s just a water filter. It’s not 💧

Ever wondered what actually comes out of a K8?

You might think it’s just “fancy water”... but it’s actually one machine that makes 5 different waters, each with its own job.

Here’s the quick rundown 👉 swipe through

Only ONE of them is for drinking: Kangen Water®, an electrolytically reduced, hydrogen-rich alkaline water. The others are for cleaning, cooking prep, beauty care and sanitising around the house. I use them all here off grid, from the kitchen benches to the pets 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 🐾

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲. 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝘀𝘀.

Save this one for later, and if you’ve got questions, comment WATER and I’ll message you 👇

Who else grew up drinking straight from the garden hose? 😂

Warm, a bit rubbery, and we thought it was the best thing ever after a day on the bikes.

Fast forward to 61 and I’m VERY fussy about my water 💧

My K8 is part of my every day now. A glass first thing in the morning, my water bottle filled before I head out, even the dogs get it. I drink so much more water than I used to because I actually enjoy it.

In saying that, I didn’t just buy a machine. I bought something I wanted in my home anyway... and it turned into my next chapter 🐞

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲.
