Vem aí… ✨

Today I had the exclusive opportunity to visit 12 private mansions currently being built on an island that is 99% condominiums — and home to celebrities, global executives, and ultra-high-net-worth visionaries.

A rare collection of estate residences in one of the most private and prestigious addresses in South Florida.

More details coming soon.
Stay tuned. 📸

The Mansions at Fisher Island. 📍

The first of 12 single-family estates now delivered.

I’m honored to witness this historic moment on one of the most exclusive islands in the country. 📸

My work as a real estate specialist in the state of Florida continues to take me to extraordinary places — but I never forget to look down at my footsteps. They remind me exactly where I’m walking… and why.

Staying grounded, staying connected to who I truly am — that has opened doors far greater than I could have imagined.

Luxury is not only about where you arrive.
It’s about who you become on the way.

MY JOURNEY, a sweet prize.

I founded Casa Florida Group with a simple belief: that when a woman leads with courage, authenticity, and purpose, she creates space for others to grow as well.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I celebrate with pride the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere.

May we continue to rise, support one another, and lead the way for the generations that follow. - MSL

✨ Real estate is about more than properties. It’s about PEOPLE, relationships, and opportunities!

As a broker in South Florida, I believe some of the most valuable connections happen when we step away from our daily routines, exchange ideas, and learn from one another.

That’s the vision behind Broker Connect — bringing together inspiring people, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs to create meaningful conversations and build bridges that lead to new opportunities.

Our Entrepreneurship Edition at W Pompano Beach was another beautiful reminder of why I love what I do! 🤍

Connecting people. Sharing knowledge. Creating opportunities.

And we're just getting started! 🥂

Ouvir coisas sobre Libra ainda me ajuda a descobrir um pouco mais sobre mim mesma. ♎️✨

Essa versão me trouxe algumas reflexões e uma certeza: sou mesmo apaixonada por pessoas. A people person, they say. And I guess they're right! 🤎

E agora, oficialmente entrando em uma nova estação… FALL, my absolute favorite! 🍂

Com aquele toque mágico dos Florida sunsets e a brisa mais fresquinha que anuncia novos ciclos. 🌅

Some chapters end, beautiful ones begin.

Here's to new beginnings, Florida sunsets, and the best days still ahead! 🤎🥂 by @michelle_casaflorida

Florida sells itself. 🌴☀️

How? Just look around.

Endless sunshine, breathtaking sunsets, sparkling waters, and natural beauty that never goes out of style.

These are the timeless reasons why Florida will always be a destination to desire.

And the best part? The Sunshine State is still blooming.

Claim your place under the palm trees. 🌴🥂

“Some hear about projects when they’re headlines. We hear about them when they’re whispers."

Our weekly private Broker Presentations bring our Realtors closer to Miami’s next big opportunities, long before the crowd catches on. Our Realtors stay ahead; our investors move with insight and strategy.

Early isn’t luck. It’s who you stand with.

CASA FLORIDA GROUP 🔑 by @michelle_casaflorida

For years, I’ve wondered why I always feel the need to celebrate my birthday on a quieter note. I think I finally understand.

☆ Às vezes, precisamos estar a sós para sentir, refletir e absorver a grandeza de tudo o que nos cerca, no nosso próprio tempo e à nossa maneira. ☆

I’m a giver. And somehow, in these quiet moments, I get to slow down and really feel all the love and kindness I receive but don’t always fully take in during the rush of everyday life.

I was born into a home full of love, one of six kids, with parents who always fought to keep us together, despite our differences. That love shaped me, and I like to think I carry a little of it into everything I do. Through my work, my friendships, and even the people I meet along the way.

I’ve come to believe that what we give to the world is often a reflection of what we’ve received. It doesn’t always go back to the same people, but somehow, it finds its way back into the world.

So, never forget where you came from. Carry the good with you, and whenever you can, make someone’s day just a little better.

Today, I’m grateful for all I’ve received, all I’ve become, and everything I still have to give.

And who knows? Maybe I’m ready to make a little more noise this time around! 😉 Let’s see what this next year brings.

Happy birthday to all "librianos" out there! A little reflection, a whole lot of love, and so much gratitude. ❤️ by @michelle_casaflorida
