Why is it that we can want something to change so badly, yet find ourselves falling back into the same old patterns?

What if there’s more to it than willpower or motivation? 💛

🎙️ In this week’s Happy Mind Happy Life podcast, we’re exploring how our subconscious beliefs, guilt, shame, and the way we speak to ourselves can influence our behaviors, often without us even realizing it.

And how self-awareness and self-forgiveness can help us begin to break those patterns and create meaningful change.

There are a few spots left !! Come get your relaxation on !!

On Saturday, October 31st, I’m hosting THE EXHALE — A Women’s Afternoon of Rest & Renewal.
I wanted to create an afternoon where women can step away from everything for a few hours and simply slow down, breathe, connect and enjoy being taken care of — especially before the craziness of the holiday season begins.
We’ll have guided meditation, journaling, a beautiful sound bath, nourishing fall food, creative time, giveaways, connection and a few fun surprises along the way. 🤎
Come with a friend or come on your own. This is going to be such a cozy, feel-good afternoon.

🙌 FRIDAY FOR THE WIN!

Our brains are really good at reminding us of what we didn’t get done, what didn’t work out, or what’s still left on the list.

So today, let’s focus on what DID. ❤️

What’s one win from your week? Big, small, anything in between—it all counts.

👇 Tell me in the comments. I’ll go first!

And after you share it, give yourself a high five in the mirror or a little pat on the back. Seriously. 😂🙌

Know that I’m celebrating right along with you! ❤️

Cheers, Michelle!!

Happy Friday! ❤️

Today, I’m celebrating.

The Happy Mind Happy Life Podcast has officially surpassed 6,000 downloads! 🎉

One thing I remind my clients all the time is to celebrate the small wins and the big ones. We’re often so focused on what still needs fixing that we forget to pause and recognize how far we’ve come.

So today, I’m practicing what I preach.

Thank you to every person who’s listened, shared an episode, or spent part of your day with me. It truly means more than you know.

If you haven’t tuned in lately, my newest episodes are:
✨ What You Practice, You Strengthen (+ Guided Meditation)
✨ Why You May Feel Mentally Exhausted (Even When You’re Not “Busy”)
Have a great weekend!!
