Spent an epic #mountainbiking day with @yochen2107 at the @bikeparkbrandnertal 🤘
Flowy trails, killer views, and even a few cow traffic jams along the way 🐄

A few days in the Brandnertal are already over. From the @bikeparkbrandnertal to forest climbing to trails with views that stop you in your tracks - this valley packs it all in. Sure, the heat followed us a little, but nothing a mountain breeze can't fix. We'll be back, no question. 💚 #Brandnertal #Vorarlberg #FamilyAdventure by @michilehr

It's really a joy to join the @mtbiker_oberstenfeld for their yearly "Three Kings Day" ride out through the trail area of Gronau.
Fantastic organization with awesome trails and drinks, grilled sausages and a lot of different cakes served afterwards. Thanks a lot for hosting the event 🤘

The Blindsee Trail has been on my bucket list for a long time, and this week it finally became a reality. I'm utterly spent, but the memory of those incredible views and the thrill of navigating its technical singletrack was the ultimate reward.

Thanks @yochen2107 🤟

The "Pfälzer Wald" is always worth a trip - especially when new trails have been built thanks to @rvedelweiss1924deidesheim 🤟

We had a lot of fun riding the trails - even though some segments were very technical and definitely black!

We will definitely come back with the fill group ✌️

Dear #oberstaufen, thanks for having us!

At first, we thought the weather would be super bad. But eventually we had some sunny days enjoying #hiking, #summertoboggan, #mountainbiking and more! by @michilehr

At the end of January, my sister @vielunterwegs and I had a fantastic adventure:

We stayed for four days in the wilderness at Lapland, traveling by sled dog over 155 kilometers and staying in small wooden cabins.

It was also the first time for me to see the northern lights!

My four dogs, Inu, Uriah, Selma and Baffin, were the most reliable team.

Thanks to our guide @petit_scarabee_bleu for this unforgettable memories.

What a beautiful #snowboarding day at the @kleinwalsertal by @michilehr

Dear @bikerepublic.soelden, thanks for having us! Two days filled with mountainbiking and a lot of sun passed very quickly. See you very soon ✌️

What a ride! A lot of people told me to go riding the trails at Sasbachwalden and finally I did it together with Fred and @patrick_is_biking.

A good mix between shaped and natural trails from the "Reverse Components Pfad Zwo" trail to the "Alpirsbacher Schwarzwaldtrail". Riding uphill to get that view was very exhausting but it really was worth it! See you soon again @bikesportsasbachwalden 🤟

Four days of mountainbiking in the sun with @yochen2107 at @bikerepublic.soelden. What a blast!
