Cocoyam. Smoked fish. Absolute madness. 🔥🍠🐟

@terrencetable is back at it—this time with a Ghanaian classic that needs no introduction. Crunchy outside, soft inside, and smoked fish that’ll remind you of Sunday mornings in your mother’s kitchen.

No cap. This one hit.

S/o to @ghanafoodmovement for letting us use their space and
@apagstudios for his wonderful color grading masterclass and
@helelsmith for directing producing editing and color grading this video

Came for the scenery. Stayed for the mission. 🌊🌿

Every year, @escape3points , @ghanainstinct , and @akwasi.mclaren come together to host the Eco Awareness Festival in Cape Three Points—and yes, it's as beautiful as it sounds. But beyond the views, it's about real conservation work in one of Ghana's most special places.

Big respect to Akwasi and the team for making this happen year after year.

Galamsey is not just an environmental issue. It’s a human one.

We sat down to talk to @thefminstitute about what illegal mining is really doing to Ghana — the rivers, the land, the people.

When the client says it better than I ever could. 🫡

Huge thanks to @vitalischiro for trusting us with their story. Your words mean everything:

It was such a fun experience working with @midnightrunproductionsgh under the directorship of @helelsmith to help produce a professional video for Vitalis Chiropractic & Wellness. Helel clearly communicated the details of the process from the very beginning to the finishing so that everyone would be on the same page. He ensured that the light and audio for the shooting were properly set beforehand. During the shooting process he was patient with the person giving her testimonial about her treatment experience at Vitalis Chiropractic & Wellness even though her baby was keeping her busy. Helel knew exactly how to work with the baby to not cause any distractions to the video being made. The feedbacks given during the edits were exactly applied by Helel to produce an excellent finished video. Working with midnightrunproductions and Helel Smith is highly recommended for your professional videos. by @midnightrunproductionsgh

Somewhere in Accra, a man walked into a drink he shouldn't have. 🥃🌑

Two days. One vision. A neo-noir short called Bottomless. Starring my brother @abdallahsmith06 , shot right here in Ghana, and drenched in shadows, sweat, and silence.

So here's the thing: Ghanaian food? Absolutely delicious. Ghanaian food on camera? Let's just say it's not always winning beauty pageants. 😅

That conversation with my guy @terrencetable sparked this whole adventure. We set out to find ingredients, cook up some vegan fufu, and prove once and for all that plant-based can still hit just as hard.

Spoiler alert: it did. The food was fire. The company was better. And yes, we ate every last bite.

Watch us shop, chop, cook, and demolish. Full vegan fufu experience—zero animals harmed, maximum flavour achieved.

🔗 Watch now and let me know: would you try it?

Shoutout to the chef: @terrencetable for making this happen and proving that Ghanaian food can look as good as it tastes. (Finally.)

First job energy hits different. 🚀

This one was for @palacesuperstores back in the day—one of my earliest opportunities to step on set and prove what I could do. Nervous? Absolutely. Ready? Also absolutely.

Looking back, I’m just grateful they trusted me with their vision when I was still finding my feet. It’s moments like these that remind me why I started this journey in the first place.

Honored doesn’t even cover it. 🫡

Hydration check: ✅

Pretending I know exactly what I'm doing: always. 😅

Between hauling gear, chasing light, and making sure everything's in focus, people forget that filmmaking is basically a sport. And every athlete needs water.

So here's a public service announcement from your favorite thirsty filmmaker: drink water. The camera can wait 30 seconds. Your organs cannot. 💧🎥

Also, yes—that's my setup in slide 3. She's beautiful, isn't she?

Some people collect records. I just throw them in the air and call it an intro. 🫠💿

This was the opening for the @accessallareasgh a project by the one and only @djsangabriel where artists pulled records from their collection and told the stories behind them. Simple concept. Beautiful execution. Zero records were harmed in the making of this intro.

Big up to @djsangabriel for creating spaces where music and storytelling collide. 🎧✨

Check out the series if you haven’t already. Link in stories.
