HOT MAT PILATES 🔥 TUESDAY 6PM Hot Pilates is where strength meets sweat. In a heated 35°C room with infrared heaters that support your body’s recovery and circulation, you’ll move with precision and control. Sculpting your core, boosting flexibility, and building lasting strength. The warmth helps you sink deeper into stretches, unlock mobility, and improve alignment. It’s low-impact yet high-energy, leaving you strong, balanced, and buzzing with fresh vitality. #vitalityhouse by @miellamovement
Four point kneeling core, arms, stability and glute work. Incorporating our coordination, stability and balance principles, we layer up to get a nice juicy burn throughout the upper body. I used a 2kg weight here, a yoga block under the supporting knee and made sure to take it super slow, holding the core strong and keeping alignment with supporting hand and knee underneath their shoulder and hip. ♥️♥️♥️ by @miellamovement

Todays Friday arvo bridging sequence 💪🏽 Warming up through both glutes, starting with ball in between knees, heels/arches on the footbar, we roll up into our bridge. We add squeezes on the ball and a halfway press, finish this round with some pulses. Moving into our single leg bridging with the ball behind the hamstring and calf. Straight back pelvic press, lifting up driving the knee towards the ceiling, adding that leg sweep, keeping the ball in place. We hold at the top and move the ball, then pulse out this glute. Repeat on the other leg. Then we finish back in our double bridging with toes on the footbar and heels lifted high, ball back in between the knees. We lift and lower, adding squeezes on the ball syncing our breathe and movement, and of course finishes with some big range pulses 🔥 We did this set after some core strengthening work. So important to warm up the abdominals before a heavy bridging set to prevent discomfort through lower back and spine 😘 by @miellamovement
we love it 🖤 by @miellamovement
Seaside booty burner 🍑 This flow is great to activate the glutes, work through some stability and deep core strength. Keep the back in neutral spine and take it slow, controlled and move with intention. I love to pair with ankle weights for a lil more heat 🔥🔥 by @miellamovement
