Train with me. Link in bio. by @mielsabre

The no. 1 question asked by students atm is how to tick toc. It’s no easy feat, but here’s how I train.
1. Start jumping from height.
2. Drop the platform.
3. Work straight line to scorpion.
4. Use the movements of the head to help you flip faster.

🚨 THE ROCKET TRAINING IS STILL ON 🚀

A little plot twist…

Following the sudden closure of Triyoga, my 50HR Rocket Yoga Teacher Training has been left without its original home - and students who have already paid are left waiting for answers about their money.

I’m not letting my students lose their training.

Same dates. New home. We’re doing it. 🚀

Huge love to Tripspace for stepping in with flexible payment terms to help us make it happen.

I’ve set up a GoFundMe to help cover the new space and protect the students who have already paid. Any additional funds will go towards scholarships for teachers and students affected by the closure.

And if you’ve been thinking about doing your Rocket training…

Come join us. 🚀

50 hours of Rocket 1, 2 & 3, sequencing, transitions, inversions, adjustments, teaching methodology + plenty of practice.

DM me “ROCKET” for info.
GoFundMe in bio if you’d like to support.

Community looks after community. ❤️

Did a thing with @tompardhy. Unfortunately he’s a wizard and I’m obsessed with every photo. Due to this I’ll be sharing each photo individually. This will probably go on for a while. On this occasion I’ll let you have two at once, you’re welcome.

Also I have a couple new classes I’d love to see you at.

Summer luvin… right ? by @mielsabre

Still processing this one… 🤍
The Puglia Rocket Retreat 2026 was everything I hoped it would be - and somehow so much more.
Five days of moving, sweating, breathing, laughing, eating, swimming, resting and sharing this beautiful practice with such an incredible group of humans.
There’s something pretty special about taking Rocket out of the studio and into the sunshine. Practising under the Puglian sky, surrounded by olive trees, sharing meals around a table, cooling off in the sea and then coming back to the mat together.
It’s the yoga, of course… but it’s also everything that happens around it.
The conversations.
The ridiculous laughter.
The connections.
The food.
The quiet moments.
The feeling of being completely present.
And a very special thank you to my wonderful assistant @deannabutlerx 🤍
I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. From all the little details behind the scenes to keeping everything moving, supporting me and looking after everyone so beautifully — you were an absolute dream to have by my side. Thank you for bringing so much calm, care and joy to the week. 🫶
And a huge thank you to the wonderful brands who helped make this retreat even more special:
🤍 @london.nootropics
🥗 @soulsalad.uk
🧘‍♀️ @yogi.bare
🤸 @b_yoga_london
Thank you for your generosity and for being part of the experience.
And, of course, the biggest thank you to everyone who came and made this retreat what it was. You brought the energy, the openness, the laughter and the magic. 🚀❤️
And because I clearly can’t stay away…
Puglia Rocket Retreat 2027 is happening! 🇮🇹
21-25 July 2027
Masseria Specula, Puglia
Five days of Rocket, Ashtanga, workshops, sunshine, beautiful food and plenty of time to simply be.
If you’ve been thinking about joining me, this is your sign.
I’d love to fill this beautiful place with another wonderful Rocket family next summer. ☀️🚀

Introducing Miel Sabre, a 500hr Rocket™ and Ashtanga teacher who brings the precision of her classical background to her flow.

Having spent over 20 years as a professional dancer and performer - including stints in the West End and a BA in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban - Miel initially found yoga as an extension of her love for movement. After the rigorous discipline of the dance world took a toll on her mental health, a chance encounter with a Rocket™ class changed her entire trajectory. Training with the legend @davidckyle - Rocket™ yoga has provided the missing link for her mental well-being, teaching Miel to trade perfectionism for a practice that builds true resilience.

This summer, Miel is hosting a five-day immersive Rocket™ retreat at @masseriaspecula - a beautifully restored historical farmhouse nestled in the heart of Puglia. Surrounded by ancient olive groves and open Italian sky, the experience is designed as a deep reset to clear what is stagnant and reconnect you to your inner power.

The itinerary blends the disciplined structure of traditional Ashtanga with the playful freedom of Rocket™ Yoga, mobility drills, and inversion workshops—guiding you to your physical edges with a blend of clarity, humour and heart.

The slow rhythm of Masseria provides the perfect external structure for the nervous system to settle between practices. Days are loosely curated to allow ample space to swim, nap, read, or lie under the Southern Italian sun and do nothing. True to Miel’s mission, it is a held space where a community of students can connect, share a laugh, and transition from strangers into lifelong friends.

Rocket Yoga isn’t necessarily about arriving able to do handstands or arm balances…

It’s about building strength, confidence, awareness and having fun exploring what’s possible.

Sometimes your practice might include trying some inversions. Other times, it might be sitting quietly in Sukhasana (Easy Pose), catching your breath and taking a moment to reset.

Both are part of the practice.

So if you’ve ever thought Rocket Yoga wasn’t for you because you can’t do an inversion yet, we’d love to prove you wrong. 💜
