Congratulations to Super Randonneur 2025.

Some achievements are not measured by speed, but by determination, discipline, consistency, and the courage to keep going when things get tough.

A special congratulations to my wife @justmimirahman and the PPC (Pulse Performance Culture) Team for successfully achieving the Super Randonneur (SR) 2025 title!

Completing the BRM 200KM, 300KM, 400KM and 600KM series is no small achievement. It takes commitment, mental strength, teamwork, and countless hours on the saddle.

As a husband and founder of PPC, I couldn't be prouder of what you have achieved.

To all participants, congratulations on your incredible efforts. Whether you completed the challenge or gave everything you had along the way, every kilometre is part of your journey.

A sincere thank you to @audaxmalaysia , the organisers, volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes for making these challenges possible and continuing to grow the randonneuring community in Malaysia.

Great achievements are never built overnight. They are earned through consistency, resilience, and the determination to never give up.

Keep inspiring. Keep challenging limits. And most importantly, keep enjoying the journey.

There's something special about cycling around Penang. The beautiful coastal roads, peaceful countryside, charming villages, and breathtaking scenery make every kilometre worth riding.

Penang has its own beauty and character. Sometimes, the best way to appreciate a place is not from behind the steering wheel, but on two wheels, taking in the surroundings and enjoying every moment of the journey.

But this trip means more than just cycling.

The most meaningful part of coming to Penang is getting to visit my mother. No matter how busy life gets or how far we travel, family will always be our priority. Spending time with her is worth more than any distance covered on the bike.

A beautiful island, a meaningful ride, and precious moments with my mother.

Some journeys strengthen the body. Others warm the heart. This one does both.

TAKING CARE OF MY HEALTH IS PART OF MY FAITH.

In Islam, our health is an Amanah — a trust and blessing from Allah SWT. Taking care of our body is not just about looking good, but also about respecting the gift Allah has given us.

Even on a busy day, while transiting through New York, I still make time for my workout. No excuses, no shortcuts. Just consistency and discipline.

My weight loss journey is not about competing with anyone or trying to impress people. It's about becoming healthier, stronger, and giving myself a better quality of life.

I know the journey is long, and I still have a lot to improve. But every kilogram lost, every workout completed, and every healthier decision is a step in the right direction.

I'm not chasing perfection. I'm chasing better health, a stronger body, and a longer, more meaningful life, InsyaAllah.

Because at the end of the day, success means nothing if we neglect our own health.

Alhamdulillah for the progress so far. May Allah SWT grant us good health, strength, and istiqamah to keep improving ourselves.

Health is an Amanah. Discipline is a choice. Consistency is the key.

No Matter How Busy Life Gets, The Training Continues.

Even with a packed schedule here in Guyana, I still make time to show up, put in the work, and stay committed to my fitness journey.

Work keeps me busy, but discipline keeps me moving. No excuses, just consistency. Every session counts, and every little improvement matters.

A big shoutout to Space Gym Guyana! Definitely one of the best places I've trained here. Great facilities, serious training atmosphere, and amazing people who inspire you to push harder.

Thank you, Space Gym Guyana, for being part of my journey during my time here.

Until next time, Guyana. I'll see you when I see you again!

The journey doesn't stop here. Wherever life takes me, the work continues.

Different Body. Same Passion. Same Discipline.

Ever since I started taking my lifestyle seriously, sports and strength training have become a big part of my life.

I may not look like the typical athlete or gym guy, but that doesn't mean I don't belong in the game. I'm here to challenge myself, push my limits, and become a better version of who I was yesterday.

While I'm here in Guyana, I've been spending my evenings after work at Space Gym Guyana. And I must say, this place is awesome!

The fitness culture here is seriously on another level. The gym is almost packed every single day, especially the strength training area. The energy, commitment, and dedication of the people here are really impressive. It's motivating just to be surrounded by people who take their training seriously.

One thing I've learned throughout this journey:

You don't need to look like an athlete to start training like one. You just need the courage to begin and the discipline to keep showing up.

I'm not competing with anyone around me. I'm competing with the person I was yesterday.

Still a work in progress. Still learning. Still pushing.

And I'm loving every part of this journey.

SOMETHING INSIDE IS BURNING.

There’s a fire inside me that I can’t explain. A hunger that won’t let me settle. A voice that keeps telling me, “You’re not done yet.”

Had a great training session at @trainmore Amsterdam.

Really impressed with the facilities, well equipped, good setup, and most importantly, great vibes throughout the gym.

Different city, same mission.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep getting stronger.

Train more. Become more.

One thing you immediately notice here, cycling is not just a sport, it is part of everyday life.

Amsterdam truly shows what a cycling nation looks like. From young kids to working professionals and families, bicycles are part of how the city moves. Dedicated cycling lanes, proper infrastructure and a strong cycling culture make riding feel natural, practical and connected to daily life.

For someone who loves cycling, it is inspiring to see how a city can be designed around healthier movement, sustainability and community.

A simple Sunday ride, but also a good reminder that when the environment supports the lifestyle, people naturally move more.

Ride more. Move more. Live better.

Sunday well spent in Amsterdam.

Last week, I had a bicycle crash during my ride. Alhamdulillah, the injuries were not too serious, and today I’m grateful to be back moving again.

Recovery is also part of the journey. Sometimes progress means pushing harder, and sometimes it means giving the body time to heal, rebuild and come back stronger.

For me, leadership is not only about building businesses and leading teams. It is also about maintaining the discipline, resilience and mindset to keep moving forward, especially after a setback.

Different city, different environment, same commitment.
Recover. Rebuild. Keep moving.

Amsterdam morning. Brisk walk. Run. Reset. Ready for the day.

It is great to see Formula 1 returning to Sepang International Circuit through the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia 2026.

My appreciation to the Kingdom of Bahrain for the trust, vision and collaboration that has made it possible for this prestigious global event to be hosted here in Malaysia.
For me, this is bigger than motorsport.

It is a strong example of how two nations can collaborate to create opportunities that extend far beyond the racetrack.
For Malaysia, an event of this scale has the potential to stimulate our wider economy through tourism, aviation, hotels, F&B, transportation, retail, local SMEs, event management and many other supporting industries.

More importantly, Formula 1 puts Malaysia back on the global motorsport stage and gives Sepang, Kuala Lumpur and our country enormous international visibility.

For Bahrain, hosting its Grand Prix at Sepang allows the Bahrain F1 identity to continue reaching a global audience while strengthening the relationship between Bahrain and Malaysia, opening further opportunities in tourism, investment, technology, business and international cooperation.

This is what global collaboration should create:
Shared opportunity.
Shared economic value.
Stronger international relationships.

As someone from the engineering industry, I also appreciate what Formula 1 represents, precision engineering, innovation, technology, teamwork, safety and the continuous pursuit of better performance.

These principles are equally relevant in business and industry.

Malaysia has the infrastructure, talent and capability to host world-class events. Hopefully, this weekend will demonstrate once again what Malaysia can deliver to the world.

Thank you, Bahrain, and welcome to Malaysia.
Selamat Datang ke Sepang.

May this collaboration bring meaningful benefits to the people, businesses and economies of both Malaysia and Bahrain.
