My family's fav way to eat potatoes 🇬🇷🥔

Ingredients:

• 1 bag of yellow potatoes, cut into wedges
• 5 garlic cloves (whole)
• 1 carton of chicken broth (or half if you prefer!)
• ½ cup olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Dried oregano to taste (plus extra for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
2. Add the potatoes, garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano to a deep baking dish. Toss everything together to coat the potatoes evenly.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, then gently toss the potatoes.
4. Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender with beautifully golden edges.

Optional: Broil for about 3-4 minutes to crisp them up a bit

Serve hot with a generous side of tzatziki 🥰

I made 6 seashell trinket trays using shells my daughter and I collected by the ocean, we're calling them "footprints of the ocean" 👣🐚 and took over 7 days to make. They are now available in my shop if you'd like to have this one of a kind piece ✨️🥹 by @mikandsu
