From states away, thanks to the internet, we worked with the homies in @MajorLeagueNJ to create something truly unique and magical...

THE WORLD'S FIRST EVER COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE GLUTEN FREE LEMONADE SHANDY!!!

Brewed with a 100% gluten free malt base thanks to Grouse Malt House, fermented with a GF Wheat Ale yeast, and blended up with celiac safe lemonade, this is no seltzer or cider masquerading as beer... it's the real damn thing! And it is glorious!

Bright and effervescent, SEASONS has all of the aromatics of freshly squeezed boardwalk lemonade, balanced with the body and mouthfeel you'd expect from a traditional wheat beer...

...we just left out all the wheat, and our production team got CRAZY creative on a blend of millet, oats, and corn (all processed in certified gluten free facilities) to make this happen!

Happy first Diaversary to me! What a weird start to 2024 it was, finding out at 34 years old that I had T1D. Despite that, I had quite the year between getting married to my best friend, traveling a lot and growing my client base at GBM. So many people to thank for guiding me through this new normal but @nutritionistazi @neaniebeann @skymofly @malikgayle.jpg @staceyinjc you all rock!

2024 was the year I got married and that will naturally be the first thing that comes to mind. But it was also a year of music-related trips (including an embarrassing number of @emonightkaraoke shows), the best adult friendships I’ve made thus far in life (you know who you are because you were here when this was taken), and many Sundays spent at @lucky7tavernjc (where we went for the afterparty). I have run 233 miles this year! Goal was 200 which was already lofty for a guy that would walk the mile as a teenager in school. All the praise goes out to my live-in personal run coach @base_pace_stace . by @departedsoles

This was the most difficult secret to keep but surprising my Mom in Florida for her birthday was a success! None of this was possible without the genius planning from my Sister so thank you for that!
