Day 24 of trying to get back to my profitable self! Coming into the day, I already knew what my bias was, and it was shorts. Because of the crazy volatile dip yesterday on PM session, I waited for a 15 minute order block, marked out the swing points on the 1 minute into an OTE set up. I missed my entry, but I realized ES hadn’t taken out Lunch’s low, so I waited, then entered and won. All glory to God! Tips: 1- Enter at the 50% of your entry, 2- Don’t hesitate, Trust your Strategy and God by @mikekmv.ote
Day 23 both trying to get back to my profitable self! I set up my strategy waiting for ES to sweep launch low. My volume was setup to hit tp 1 then we did why because there was a order block on the 15m, 5m and the 3 minute. After hitting TP 1 you rejected my SL. Since price hadn’t taken out ny lunch low I looked for a shorts to take out lunch low. We rejected then hit took out ny lunch lo. Mistakes 1- Know when the volume changes, 2- Focus on your rules, Follow the bias. by @mikekmv.ote
Day 22 part 2 of trying to get back to my profitable self! I paid attention to ES which is S&P 500 futures. If we sweep the previous session low obviously we would want to take out the previous session high. I did then I had TP on demo and Eval, All glory to Jesus by @mikekmv.ote
Day 22 of trying to get back to my profitable self! coming into the day, I wasn’t thinking of trading PM session because of FOMC. I took two setups, obviously the bias was bearish for the day. We swept previously high, then rejected into an OTE short set up on demo and eval, we rejected into the 50% of the order block. Then we hit TP. by @mikekmv.ote
Yesterday’s trade Day 21 of trying to get back to my profitable self! I wasn’t paying attention to VP on ES, on NASDAQ there was untapped liquidity/ high resistance liquidity above us which we tap into the previous day high target. I was looking for shorts but I realized my bias was wrong, higher time frames were bullish, so I closed out early for -$153. Mistakes 1- Follow HTF’s and the bias of the higher timeframe, 2- Pay attention to the trend. by @mikekmv.ote
Day 20 of trying to get back to my profitable self! I was looking for longs around Pm session. My strategy played out beautiful or a rejection straight to tp, but the market had other plans. Price chopped into a balance range or zone for 3hr in consolidation. So coming into market opened, I placed my ote to align with the opening gap high and low then I realized I missed temporary longs. Price created a 1m fvg in my setup, Price aligned with Higher timeframes and my balance zones perfectly. We rejected then hit tp into the balance zone. How did I know shorts was the move? Es1 hadn’t swept Pm low, so I entered shorts waited for smt to verify. Then we hit tp! All glory to JESUS by @mikekmv.ote
Day 16 of trying to get back to my profitable self! I usually trade at 9:30 my time which is 830 to 8 session. I took two dump set up. I took two set up, thinking my right little peep, the four hour timeframe and the daily timeframe, but they were short the sign of shorts, I didn’t listen to the market. I didn’t wait for my swing points and my points were protected so I just messed up. Mistakes I made (1. Didn’t wait for a proper swing points, 2. J didn’t see the 15 minute order block, 3. I did a trend which was peeped the four hour daily, which was signaling to a bar trend, but I didn’t take the hint I didn’t listen, 4. Be patient, 5. I also did not forward advice. It was very bad the entire day. I only lost -142 by @mikekmv.ote
Day 15 of trying to get back to my profitable self, We back on the eval! I came into today’s Asia session on MNQ unprepared, I was doing homework but forgot to setup my limit for NQ. Then as soon as market opened and shot up. I learnt protected lows and highs this week so I waited for a retracement into a 5m FVG. It tapped into the .705 then reversed into my OTE setup. We rejected into a 15m order block and targeted the recent high. Mistakes I made: (1. Always be prepared, 2. Go over your rules, 3. Always ge confident in your strategy and trust Go, 4. As soon as there is an SMT and n either trend of the market close out immediately). All glory to Jesus! by @mikekmv.ote
Day 14 of trying to get back to my profitable self, We back on the eval! so this was my second trade of the day in Asia session. I took a long set up, but I forgot ES always sweeps the recent liquidity or the recent low then generates lower resistance liquidity then go higher my set up played out into an OTE set up, tapped at 15 minute below IFVG. tap to my 15 minute block, which was Barish there was SMT at the eyes when I was in this long position, but I don’t know it rejected it. back into the five minute FVG then we hit TP. All glory to God by @mikekmv.ote
Day 14 of trying to get back to my profitable self, We back on the eval! My bias was longs but, We were signaling for shorts. I watched my setup play out, higher time frames were bearish we tapped into my OTE then rejected off a 15 minute five minute FVG. my VP was signaling on the one minute for shorts then I took it and rejected. I hit TP thank you God. by @mikekmv.ote
Day 13 of trying to get back to my profitable self, We back on the eval! My bias was wrong I was looking for shorts then I forgot to check the daily and on Es. I missed my setup twice, #I wanted to see a continuation because our bias was bullish. I was just trying to follow the trend, I took a long set up on gold same strategy same trend. We hit TP one then we got edged by price price then I breakevened I am on TP two. all glory to God thank you God by @mikekmv.ote
My setup Played out, I’m waiting for price to target 237 on Nq we’re in a 15m gap and my limit is at 112. Then I want price to take out Pm’s high, I could have avoided the loss. I should have waited for a clear retracement on Es1. Es was showing bearish smt into an ote setup within my VAL, I didn’t look at the daily and weekly. Lesson I learnt, 1) Always look at Es, 2) Wait for right retracement, 3) Wait for OTE setup on ES or wait for your setup by @mikekmv.ote
