I used to work 70 hours a week between two jobs, compete on the NPC national stage, and still build the body I wanted. I figured out how to make fitness fit real life — not the other way around. Now I help busy professionals 30+ do the same thing. No crash diets. No 2-hour gym sessions. Just a real plan built around your real life. DM me “TRANSFORM” and I’ll show you exactly what your transformation looks like. 🤎 #fitness #transform #beforeandafter #transformationtuesday by @mikerbfit
80 pounds in 12 weeks. Mom of 3. Full-time job. When Anita came to me, she was ready to give up. 💎 No time for herself 💎 Couldn’t lose the stubborn fat 💎 Felt like her goals were hopeless Sound familiar? Here’s what changed everything: We didn’t overcomplicate it. ✅ Nutrition: Protein-focused (150g/day), foods she already loved, 80/20 rule ✅ Training: Started at home with bodyweight, progressed to gym over 12 weeks ✅ Accountability: Weekly check-ins, habit tracking, community support In 12 weeks, Anita lost 80 pounds. But the real transformation? 🔥 Energy through the roof 🔥 Confidence skyrocketed 🔥 Became the best role model for her family 🔥 Learned a system she can maintain FOR LIFE Anita didn’t need more time. She didn’t need to be perfect. She just needed a plan that worked for HER life. If you’re a busy professional who feels like you don’t have time for your health, I promise you—you do. You just need the right system. 👉 DM me “SYSTEM” and let’s build a plan that fits YOUR life—not someone else’s #TransformationTuesday #FatLossTips #BusyProfessionals #WeightLossJourney #FitnessOver30 by @mikerbfit
NOVEMBER PLAN? LOCK IN. 🔒🔥 New month. Same goals. Bigger focus. Between working full-time, building my businesses, traveling, and preparing for my next bodybuilding show, November is already looking BUSY. But that’s life. I’m not waiting for the perfect schedule to get things done. Some days I have more time. Some days I have less. Either way, I’m making the time I do have count. 💪🏾 And that’s the same energy I want you bringing into this month. You don’t need to restart your entire fitness journey every Monday. You need a plan you can stick to. What’s ONE goal you’re locking in on this November? 👇🏾 #TripleMFitness #NovemberGoals #GymMotivation #BusyProfessionalFitness #FitnessJourney by @mikerbfit
🚨 STOP BUILDING A FITNESS ROUTINE THAT DOESN’T FIT YOUR LIFE! Listen, some of y’all are trying to follow fitness plans that don’t even match your actual schedule! You’re working full-time, taking care of family, handling responsibilities, and STILL trying to find time for yourself. And somehow you think you need to be in the gym six days a week, meal prep every single day, and have everything figured out perfectly. BRO, THAT’S NOT REALISTIC FOR EVERYBODY! 😂 Here’s something I want you to understand. Your fitness journey should ENHANCE your life, not make you feel like you’re missing out on it! ✅ Only have 3 days to train? Make those 3 days count! ✅ Busy work schedule? Keep your meals simple and repeatable. ✅ Traveling or spending time with family? Plan ahead and make adjustments. ✅ Missed a workout? Adjust your schedule and keep moving forward! Because at the end of the day, CONSISTENCY WILL ALWAYS BE MORE VALUABLE THAN CHASING PERFECTION! And trust me, I understand the struggle. Between working full-time, running my businesses, contest prep, and making time for family, I have to make those same adjustments myself! That’s why I coach my clients to build routines that fit their actual lifestyles. Not somebody else’s! SAVE this post for the next time life gets hectic! 🔖 And tell me below: What’s your BIGGEST struggle when it comes to balancing fitness with everyday life? 👇🏾 1:1 coaching spots open • Limited spots • DM TRANSFORM to get started! 💪🏾🔥 #TripleMFitness #BusyProfessionalFitness #FitnessConsistency #SustainableFatLoss #OnlineFitnessCoach by @mikerbfit
STOP copying workout plans that don’t fit your schedule! Listen, if you can only make it to the gym three days a week, why are you following a six-day workout split? Some of y’all are setting yourselves up for failure! Your workout plan needs to match your lifestyle. If you have three days, build a solid three-day full-body routine. Focus on getting stronger and making those workouts count! And when life gets busy, adjust your schedule instead of giving up completely. You don’t need somebody else’s perfect routine. You need one YOU can actually follow! That’s how you make progress! Need help building yours? DM TRANSFORM! 💪🏾🔥 #TripleMFitness #BusyProfessionalFitness #WorkoutTips #FitnessConsistency #OnlineFitnessCoach by @mikerbfit
SOME WORKOUTS JUST HIT DIFFERENT! 🔥💪🏾 Man, this was one of those sessions where everything just felt GOOD! The energy was there, the focus was locked in, and I was enjoying every minute of putting that work in! 😤 Between working full-time, running my businesses, and staying on top of contest prep, some days can definitely get exhausting. But it’s sessions like this that remind me why I love doing what I do! Not every workout is going to be your best, but when you have one of those days where everything clicks, enjoy it! Just putting in the work and enjoying the process! 👊🏾🔥 Who else loves those workouts where you’re just completely locked in?! 👇🏾 Save this workout and give it a try. 🚨 STOP SETTING FITNESS GOALS YOU CAN’T TRACK! Listen, some of y’all start every week saying the same things… “I’m going to eat healthier.” “I’m going to work out more.” “I’m going to be more consistent.” But here’s my question… WHAT’S YOUR ACTUAL PLAN? 🤔 Because having a goal and having a PLAN to accomplish that goal are two completely different things! And this is where I see a lot of busy professionals struggle. Between work, family, and everything else life throws at you, it’s easy to fall off when you don’t have any structure. So here’s what I want you to start doing. 👇🏾 ✅ SCHEDULE YOUR WORKOUTS: Pick realistic days and times you can commit to. ✅ SIMPLIFY YOUR NUTRITION: Choose 2–3 meals you enjoy that fit your goals and are easy to prepare. ✅ HAVE A BACKUP PLAN: When life gets hectic, know what adjustments you can make instead of giving up completely. ✅ TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Pay attention to your consistency, workouts, and nutrition so you know what’s actually working. This is the exact reason why I use @ryval.fitness Remember, you don’t need a perfect schedule to make progress. You need a plan that works with YOUR lifestyle! And that’s exactly what I help my clients build through Triple M Fitness. Now let me ask you something… What’s ONE fitness goal you’re committing to this week? Drop it below! 👇🏾 1:1 coaching spots open • Limited spots • DM TRANSFORM to get started! 💪🏾🔥 #TripleMFitness #BusyProfessionalFitness #FitnessConsistency #FatLossTips #OnlineFitnessCoach by @mikerbfit
STOP RESTARTING YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY EVERY MONDAY! 🚨 Listen, one thing I’ve learned is that consistency doesn’t mean having seven perfect days. Some weeks are going to be hectic. Work gets crazy. Family responsibilities come up. Workouts get missed. I get it because I deal with those same things. But here’s what I want y’all to stop doing. Stop throwing away an entire week because one or two things didn’t go according to plan. Instead, ask yourself: What actually worked this week? What kept throwing me off? And what ONE thing can I do differently next week? That’s it! You don’t need another extreme Monday reset. You need a realistic plan that allows you to keep making progress. What’s ONE thing you’re improving next week? 👇🏾 1:1 coaching spots open. I’M NOT LUCKY. I’M JUST LOCKED IN. 🔒🔥 People see the physique, the runway shows, the opportunities, and the progress. But what they don’t always see is everything that happens behind the scenes. The early mornings. The late nights. The sacrifices. The setbacks. The days when I don’t feel like doing ANYTHING but still have responsibilities to handle. Listen, none of this happened overnight. I’ve had my fair share of failures, moments of doubt, and times when I had to completely rebuild myself. But one thing I’ve learned is that you can’t keep wishing for the life you want while avoiding the work it takes to build it. Whether it’s fitness, modeling, business, or life in general, the same principles apply. DISCIPLINE. CONSISTENCY. ACCOUNTABILITY. I’m nowhere near finished becoming the man I want to be. But every day I’m putting in the work to get there. Don’t mistake someone’s dedication for luck. 💪🏾🔥 We’re just getting started! 👊🏾 #TripleMFitness #MeetMikeB #DisciplineOverMotivation #ModelingJourney #LockedIn by @mikerbfit
One thing I’ve been liking lately is being able to actually log my workouts and share them in a way that feels simple. 💪🏾🔥 Just got this push workout in: 53 min 6.6K lb volume 18 sets And instead of just saying “good workout,” I can actually track what I did, post it, and keep everything in one place. That’s why I’ve been messing with @ryval.fitness . If you’re somebody that trains consistently, likes seeing your progress, and wants a way to log it, post it, and stay tapped in with a fitness community, it’s worth checking out. I’m big on anything that helps make consistency easier and more visible. Track it. Post it. Build on it. 👊🏾🔥 If you check it out, let me know what you think. #TripleMFitness #WorkoutLog #FitnessApp #PushWorkout #FitnessJourney by @mikerbfit
BEING BUSY DOESN’T MEAN YOUR GOALS HAVE TO TAKE A BACK SEAT! 🚨 Listen, I get it. Between working a full-time job, building my businesses, family responsibilities, and preparing for my next bodybuilding competition, some days feel like there just aren’t enough hours. And trust me, I don’t always feel like doing everything either. But one thing I’ve learned is that you have to be intentional about the life you’re trying to build. Today was one of those days. Meal prep. Cleaning. Helping family. Handling responsibilities. And still finding time to get my workout in. Not because everything went perfectly. But because I made it a priority. And that’s what I want y’all to understand. You don’t need a perfect schedule. You need a plan that works with the life you actually live. Some days you’ll have more time. Some days you’ll have less. The goal is to keep showing up, making adjustments, and building those habits that move you closer to where you want to be. I’m still working on becoming a better version of myself every single day. And I’m practicing the same things I preach through my coaching. What’s the biggest thing making it difficult for YOU to stay consistent right now? 👇🏾 1:1 coaching spots open.
