Into the chambers of the Heart, calling as ancient as the Soul, here crystal clear vision birthing of what I’ve known since the very first breath I’ve ever taken…

As I had to journey and traverse through some of the most treacherous terrains to strip the voices of doubt that weren’t ever mine…

Listen, see, honor and trust ~ my true voice… the blueprint of my sacred desire.

Divine Love Beloved, eternal heart flame ❤️‍🔥

This passion is purpose, this pull hauntingly beautiful.

Offering of devotion to you, the One.

Take me in, swirl me in your atmosphere until we no longer know where I end and you begin.

I TRUST the calling.

I can stay steady in this anchor Now.

Whatever it takes.

Enveloped In Her Mystery 🌊♥️
The Waters Of Creation
Step Forward
Lead

Since the very first day of taking a breath on this planet, there is a pulse, a heartbeat that is in sync with the Earth and our bodies.
The eternal mother lives in our blood, in our waters and everything in natures creation is a mirror for this expression to be more realized and embodied by the human race.
It is a remembrance, as ancient as the network in the soil connecting all living beings. The wisdom once tapped into is as vast as the ocean. It is felt in the bones, in the tissues of these bodies, so intricate woven in this tapestry of life, death ~ creation.

I have been exploring these waters as long as I remember, even when there was a time I have forgotten… it was still there, always there, beckoning me and this homecoming.

The womb has always spoken to me.
When I was a teenager it cried from excruciating pain. Until I took myself in and transmuted this pain into aliveness and sensitive exploration into my own true nature and all the generations and lifes living through me, in this body, in these cells. The information here, always speaking, always awaiting my listening and communion.

Within pain ~ pleasure.
Alchemy.
Woah… the depths.

I want to take you there with me.
Share this vibration, energetic emanation and spread it throughout each one of us.

Live as we are mean to.

What Is The Cause of the disconnect?
What Is The Cause of the forgetfulness?
What Is The Cause of the dis-ease?

Let’s get to the root and the original birth of creation so we can birth a new beginning.

🌹

The discovery awaits.

Looking at 2016… I lived on a sail boat. Last year of modeling in LA and going into herbalism. Attended The Gaia School Of Healing( now The School Of The Sacred Wild) in Topanga. First time gathering in circle with women, calling the spirits of the plants in ceremony and ritual and going into the shamanic realms of deep listening. This is when the Bulgarian rose and Linden as first herbal infusions we drank , began my reconnection to my roots, nature, the lands and ancestors calling… waking me up. Nothing was ever the same after this.

This is the year I got my documents (after 10 years of not being able to leave the US) and the first trip I booked was to India. Deepening into meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, mantra and the culture that has felt like another home for me. Side note* India and Bulgaria have many crossovers that many people are not aware of.

This is the year I got my motorcycle license and I was super passionate about riding, yet thankfully I never got a bike per Spirits request.

This is the year that It All changed for me as I kept taking greater leaps into a whole new life.
So if 2016 is foreshadowing 2026, 9 year cycle completing and new beginning initiating, it already feels quite about right on time.

New Timeline. New Life. New actions.
Great leap and trust. Here we go!⚡️ by @milamariasofia

What if all beliefs cease to exist?

What is your relationship with the Great Mystery?

Do you feel safe in your body to receive the powerful ecstatic sensations that have created you into this life?

Where is there room to breathe deeper and direct the attention of openness, receptiveness and let go of control?

The One with its beliefs and giving it to the True One ~ who is One with Life itself.

It all ceases to exists.

Separation collapses and it IS just The One experiencing itself through the lenses of perception
.
What if they all get removed? What is left?

Who is the One looking? Being.

Energy just Felt.

The feeling of aliveness in this body vessel turns ON.

The power of life unfurling through you in its own unique design.

The power current starts charging in this gateway...

I’ll meet you there 🌹

Here is a raw take. Venus Rising In Her Descent.

Reclamation 🌹⚔️🌹

I shall no longer say Yes to situations that are harmful to my Being.

I shall no longer base my value on external authority & carry the illusion of shame.

I shall no longer abandon myself in the name of love when it’s not reciprocated.

I shall no longer silence my voice or expression and be “a good woman” in order to “keep the peace”, what’s “appropriate” , “moral standards” and be held by fear of being judged or rejected, defined and put in a box.

I shall no longer doubt myself, my choices, my way of living life, and how I connect within.

I shall no longer play small to fit in a mold that was never mine to begin with.

I am reclaiming my sovereignty and living with my true power which is Love.

Now this Love is anchored in discernment and anything that Is Not of it ~ shall be revealed. We can either meet in repair, growth and devotion or I shall no longer linger past the lessons learned point.

I stand in resilience, deep compassion, truth and honor for all parts.

Respect for One and All and in this I choose me.
I choose love. I choose freedom. I choose Spirit on my side.

In This ~ all judgments, prejudices and opinions of people can fall off of me.

In this, I weave the wisdom of the ancient ones, in deep presence and ritual alongside the innocence of a child ~ infinite curiosity and exploration of this existence.

Where Spirit and human Being merge as One.

And as Earth and I are One.

Thank you Santa Maria.
Plant spirits. Mother Earth.
Presence. Exhale. Many exhales lately even as the smokes alchemizes my chest with my intention. ♥️

All the hundreds of crows that flew above me earlier.

It’s an honor to walk on this Earth in reverence and remember…

p.s. As I have been reclaiming my own temple and true voice, I am completing the biggest karmic cycle I’ve known.

I am doing it differently and I feel different.

The deepest integration season.

Thank you ancestors.

Shedding Layers By Shedding Light.

I want to know what makes you ache and shiver. What keeps you up at night. What brings you so much joy, your heart wants to burst into thousand stars…

I want to know your darkest voices, your fears and your most hidden desires… to unlock… what has been hidden within your own self.

Let’s skip the small talk and dive into the depth of what really calls our totality of intimacy and presence forward… take the steps…

When I reflect, the most painful moments in my life are the moments I haven’t been able to fully express myself. I hid and dimmed myself to fit in, not to make someone uncomfortable or that my voice may come across intense or be misunderstood. The fear of rejection, where I instead continued to reject my own self. I had to become really honest and take charge of my own making…

Here though lies the real truth, I am really the one needing to witness me, the one looking, the One needing to feel it all and Be it all. It is up to me how I show up and how I experience this life, where I stand within.

When I am present with all of me, in this intimacy, the human parts become magical gateways to the infinite nature of expression and exploration. This life becomes less serious and heavy and there is a curiosity and wonder as a guiding force.

As each one of us holds the key to our freedom and takes radical honesty to recognize where we have put ourselves in a cage. This includes the conditioned ways we sometimes respond to situations or we perceive something that is not really the true Eye 👁️ looking.

I continue to shed the layers by shedding light, conscious loving awareness. It feels soul good when I feel the return of a part that has been distorted and now has a home again within my own heart. As I let the dark Be and embrace it with the light of my love, it becomes safe to be in the mystery.

Let’s breathe deeper, feel deeper, share deeper. We are the depth. We are the ocean. We are the One.

🌊♥️🌊

The Gate Is Open 🌹 by @milamariasofia

Reclamation 🌹⚔️🌹
Space for Women & Men joined together

“Vulnerability is not about oversharing, collapsing, or giving your power away. It is about staying with yourself. Letting your truth rise in the moment it wants to hide. Letting others see the parts of you you once believed were unworthy of love. Vulnerability is the bridge to intimacy. Without it, you remain behind walls. Safe, but disconnected and isolated. With it, you become magnetic. Relatable. Real.

Your heart becomes a lighthouse. And the people meant for you will recognize you by your openness. You don’t have to be perfect to be loved. You don’t have to fix it all before you let someone in.

You only have to be willing to be seen.

Old power did not come from strength. It came from disconnection from the body. And the New Earth cannot be built from disconnection.”

~ words from the @soulnectar.oracle

Everything is relational.

We are being ushered to move from consumption, extraction, destruction

toward communion, regeneration, creativity.

I wouldn’t be here, connected with the Light of God, my own Source of Light, if it wasn’t for the connection I have built with the darkest, dismissed parts and corners of the human psyche.

I’ve sat with them on my own, through every turn of the spiral, whenever they have asked for my attention, healing, love, compassion and innerstanding.

In that descent, I found my own voice.

As I stripped away all that was disempowering my Being, and another, I began dismantling separation.

Through this resilience, I built a deep devotion to this life’s path — to the teachings, lessons and wisdom gathered through this Earth’s school.

To pave a new path.
To become a way-shower.
To weave a new dream.

A dream filled with aliveness, beauty, love, symbiotic relationship with Nature and all relations.

Here, in the descent of connecting with what has been, honoring it, and offering it back to Life to complete its cycle — the alchemy of transformation has ushered in a birthing.

Here, only the step in front of us really matters.

As we bring it into matter.
Into heart.
Into presence.
Into intimacy and relating that is fully alive.

Living in the Now.
The Great Mystery.
Beyond control and condition.

Spontaneous exploration.

If you find yourself somewhere here — in between death and life, where an old life is coming to closure and a new life is still making itself known to you…

I am here as a birth doula of transformation for you.

P.S. A little side note — I would’ve been the 13th sign in astrology, if it hadn’t been removed: The Snake Bearer. 🐍

Number 13.
The Feminine Mystery coming alive. ❤️‍🔥🌲

It is in the deep, dark descent that we come to know the Light and rise in our radiance.

The deeper and stronger the root,
the more vast and expansive the crown. 👑

There are numerous ways for us to connect.

Enter The Gate. 🌹 by @milamariasofia

When she can smile and blast her Heart open, stay wide open, even in the midst of the deepest rapture and despair — as her light is always right there in the cracks, calling her into her own homecoming.
In devotion to be a vessel for Spirits ways, Earths ways…

Every dissolution, the pain and the stripping down, becomes a gateway to her freedom, her power, her truth.

As in death, she discovers Life.

And when she remembers she is One with this Life, she is unstoppable.

The Earth.
The elementals.
They dance with her energy ~ as One.

Her magnetism births renewal.
Her depth dismantles falsity.

When she feels herself deeply, she feels everything. The energy can move freely.

The cycles in her womb swirling.
The memories in her cells.
The living waters and blood.
The bloodlines moving through her, becoming available for transformation.

The calling to honor her sovereignty and follow Creation’s pulse — in the echoes of the silent depths, or at times in the screaming ancient voices.

What does it mean to lead herself while remaining deeply connected to the tapestry of Life?

To love herself.
Spirit to flow through her voice.

How does it feel to receive without force ~ in the ease of her own Essence flowering naturally, simply through Being Her?

The embodiment of her radiance.
Her aliveness.
Her creative, sensual life force.

Without shrinking herself to fit into “norms” and definitions.

The leap to Be in the mystery — and to feel deeply safe there, because this is Her own true Nature.

Let’s meet in the descending.

Into the womb waters of the body.
Into the Earth herself.
In order to ascend into our true Nature.

When I swim away from you,

After I finally rouse the wild mare of my own design,

And gallop, thirsty, alone, trodden, from desert to sea....

When at last I drip the final drop of blood I poured out for thee,

And catch it in a cup for my own return...

Barely alive
Heart on the floor
Naked only unto God

Yours no more.

But a woman, sovereign, reborn after the storm.

Only then am I ready for the next rendition.

The scripture I wrote for this lifetime,

A long, long, long time ago...

So bury me.

Alter the very fabric of me.

Lay me down naked and broken on the threshing floor.

For if Inanna could rise from the underworld,

And Lazarus walk living from his tomb,

If Isis could rebuild Osiris,

And God resurrect his only begotten son,

So too will I be restored, and made anew.

A cup or two or more for your well Being. 💚

Inflammation is one of the main foundational causes for a lot of the imbalances we may feel in our body these days.
Taking care of it consistently can bring major shifts - Mind~Body~Spirit.

Turmeric
Ginger
Nutmeg
Elderberry
Black Pepper

You can always add a dash of raw honey( just wait until it’s not a boiling temperature)

And I will be adding also some Ceylon Cinnamon as well now that I thought of it :)

here’s to our health!

Plants are such nourishing and supportive allies 🫠 💚 by @milamariasofia

“He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone.”

We cannot continue doing the same things expecting different results.

I find myself in this position now and following the courage of the burning fire inside of me to Be the change I want to see.

We are all doing our best here yet in my humble experience, behavior based in separation, just continues to reinforce the core wound we have carried as humanity for as along as we remember here on Earth.

We reap what we sow.

I have been put in a role of leadership in communities a few times and I am learning how to no longer tolerate harmful patterns, while this same fear of alienation has been having me “keep the peace” instead of to fully step up in what I’ve been invited to ~ the role of a leader may require to stand alone at times and get really clear connected to the heart of the matter.
For me a true leadership is not power driven, it is balance and harmony for the greater whole driven. As we are all interconnected weaving this tapestry of life and it is SO TIME to bring synergy and coherence to the field.

Think global, act local.

I no longer shall tolerate opinions that are rooted in wounds and traumas. We all gotta take responsibility for the lenses we look through. 👁️

I am here for repair, love and forgiveness in our relationships and I have faith humanity shall continue to be waking up to what no longer works.

Slowly slowly… we grow 🌱 by @milamariasofia
