Eating raw, living foods has been a life changing experience for me. It’s not just about the physical benefits, it’s about the spiritual transformation that comes with it. When you nourish the body with the pure, untouched gifts of creation, you feel more connected to YHWH.

Raw foods allow me to draw down on the Spirit, creating a deeper sense of clarity and peace of mind. I feel clean—not just physically, but spiritually. There’s something about consuming fruits and vegetables in their purest form that brings you closer to THE CREATOR. each bite is a reminder of YHWH’s Perfect design.

Fruits are so much more than sweet treats—they are medicine for the body and soul. YHWH designed every part of creation to work in harmony. And when we refrain from cooking these foods, their life-giving nutrients remain intact, offering the fullness of YHWH’s provision.

Eating this way reminds you of YHWH’s original intention for us—to live in harmony with HIS creation, drawing strength and wisdom from the earth HE prepared for us. Raw foods don’t just feed the body; they awaken the Spirit.

I hope this inspires you to embrace the beauty of YHWH’s creation in its most natural state, not only for your health but to grow closer to HIM, in multiple ways. by @milcahbotyhwh
