hot chocolate series pt. 1 | iced chocolate or… a slightly elevated chocolate milk✨🥛except idk if I’ve ever had a chocolate milk as creamy and rich as this🫶🏻 🍫chop up 25g milk chocolate + 25g dark chocolate, equivalent to 1/2 of 1 chocolate bar (I only used 1/2 of a dark chocolate bar, but I think most people would prefer the added milk chocolate to balance out the slight bitterness from the dark chocolate) 🍫combine 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder, 1-2 tbsp sugar (adjust to your preference), a pinch of salt, and 3/4 cup water in pan. place it over medium low heat, then whisk in the chopped chocolate. once fully combined, remove from heat and let it cool 🍫fill a glass 1/3 of the way full with chocolate syrup (again, adjust to your preference!) 🍫top with milk of choice 🍫add a scoop of fresh whipped cream 🍫dust with cocoa powder by @milkteamali
pumpkin series ep 2 | pumpkin cream chai lattes for 2 ☕️ 🍂 chai concentrate: ground 6 cardamom pods, 3 cloves, 1/2 cinnamon stick. bring 1 1/4 cups water to a boil, then add the ground spices, 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 4 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp black tea. simmer for 10 minutes, then strain 🍂 pumpkin cream: whip 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, 1-2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp pumpkin purée, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract until well combined 🍂 pour desired amount of chai concentrate, milk of choice, and top with the pumpkin cream. dust with pumpkin spice by @milkteamali

a little coconut twist on classic banana bread 🥥 soft, moist, and dairy-free made with @califiafarms Organic Almondmilk and finished with a fluffy coconut cream topping✨ #califiapartner 🍌 mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork 🍌 in a bowl, stir 2/3 cup melted coconut oil and 75g light brown sugar together 🍌 separately, mix 60ml Califia Farms Organic Almondmilk with 1 tsp white vinegar. stir and set aside for 5 minutes before adding to the brown sugar mixture 🍌 pour in the mashed bananas, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 210g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt, and 10g desiccated coconut. stir until just combined, being careful not to over mix 🍌 pour the batter into a 8x4 pan lined with parchment paper 🍌 top with sliced banana halves. sprinkle the bananas with brown sugar 🍌 bake in the oven at 350 F for ~50 minutes. it’s done when the center is set, golden, and an inserted toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs 🍌 set aside to cool completely. once cooled, top with a few dollops of coconut whip and shredded coconut flakes by @milkteamali
