I’m here but my mind is still there 🇹🇹🏝️🌊#summer25 #trinidad #trinisurfertours #d2beach by @millas_joy

This body has gone through a C-Section, removal of gallbladder, cut to look for a blockage and then repair of a hernia. I don’t love it enough.

Thank you for allowing me to walk. To work. To carry myself through the ups and downs. Thank you for gentle reminders to slowdown. Take care of yourself cause you only have this one body. I was really intentional with how I fed you and how much indulged in the awesomeness of good food and drink 🍹.

Outside in a two piece being free.

I like how this color look on me ☀️👙

P.S. time to get back to movement to sustain you because we coming back!
