🍁 HELLO, NOVEMBER!! ❤️🍂 Okay, friends!! Did anybody have a little too much fun with the Halloween treats this weekend? 😂🍫 Maybe you’re feeling a little yucky, sluggish, or just frustrated with some of your choices? Well, here’s your reminder this morning!! TODAY IS A FRESH START!! 🙌❤️ Don’t let a rough weekend turn into a rough week or even a rough month!! I love thinking about how God designed our brains! Every time we make a healthier choice, we’re helping build NEW habits and strengthen NEW pathways in our brains! Isn’t that amazing?! 🧠❤️ And those little choices add up!! One choice at a time, one day at a time, we’re learning to choose things that bring LIFE and HEALTH to our bodies instead of things that leave us feeling miserable! And guess what?! It’s NOVEMBER!! A brand-new month!! 🍁 Just think where you could be by Christmas if you started TODAY! Imagine how much progress you could make toward your health goals before the holidays! But even more than the number on the scale, imagine having MORE ENERGY to enjoy your family, chase your children or grandbabies around, and really enjoy this beautiful season instead of feeling tired and sluggish all the time! ❤️ That’s what I want for YOU!! I’m so passionate about helping people improve their metabolic health and get their energy and confidence back because I KNOW what a difference it can make! So here’s your sign this morning!! STOP DIGGING THE HOLE! 😂 Put the weekend behind you and make your very next choice a healthy one! And if you’re ready to jump on program with me, message me FRESH START and let’s get you going!! We’ve got plenty of reasons to take care of ourselves, friends!! And the people we love are some of the BEST ones!! ❤️🍁 Happy Monday!! Let’s make November count!! 🙌 by @millsnan

When you’re over 50 and really don’t care anymore… but you LOVE watching all those cute little makeup tutorials! 😂💄 Well, here’s what one would look like if I did it for you this morning! HAHAHA! 🤣 First of all, can we appreciate this INCREDIBLE lighting that highlights every bit of discoloration under my eyes?! 🤦‍♀️ And how about that lovely mascara smudge? 😂 I seriously don’t know how these ladies make it look so effortless! But here I am, keeping it REAL on this beautiful Saturday morning! In my 50s and loving it… mascara smudges, weird under-eye colors, wrinkles, and ALL! ❤️ Anybody else just winging it these days?! 😂🙋‍♀️ #Over50AndLovingIt #KeepingItReal #MakeupTutorialGoneWrong #LifeInMy50s by @millsnan

Late nights? Taking care of little ones? Running on empty but still have so much to do? 💗 Whether you’re a mama, grandma, caregiver, or just juggling a busy life, your body needs the right nutrients to keep up! 💪 That’s one reason I love my Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)! ✨ Here’s what EAAs actually do for your body: 💪 Support muscle protein synthesis – Help your body build and maintain muscle, which is especially important as we age. ⚡ Support energy metabolism – Amino acids can be used by the body for energy, although EAAs aren’t a stimulant or an instant energy boost. 🌿 Support muscle recovery – Provide the building blocks your body needs to repair and rebuild muscle after physical activity. ❤️ Help preserve muscle strength – When combined with adequate nutrition and activity, EAAs can support muscle maintenance, helping you stay strong for everyday tasks. 🌟 Provide essential nutrients – Your body can’t make these nine essential amino acids on its own, so you have to get them through food or supplementation. Those late nights, early mornings, and busy days caring for everyone else can take a lot out of us! EAAs won’t replace a good night’s sleep, but they can help support your body’s nutritional needs while you’re doing all the things life asks of you. 💕 Curious about the EAAs I’ve been using? Drop a 💗 or message me! #EssentialAminoAcids #HealthyAging #MuscleHealth #BusyMoms #GrandmaLife #TakingCareOfYou by @millsnan
