What an honor and privilege to travel around the world and hold space for all these humans that randomly cross paths with you in such wonderful places! 🧘🏽‍♀️🤎

Memories of a special two weeks in Greece with @oyogo.london at @zeliahalkidiki by @miloumbalo

One month since our last Connect Retreat and our time there still sings to us like a beautiful echo.
You brought open hearts, trust, pain, the willingness to surrender and to work.
We’re eternally grateful for being able to hold such spaces and for you to hold us within those.

Here are some memories of our time there, snippets of our work, the in betweens, the moments beyond the schedule …

Connect means that you are allowed to be, that you are allowed to hurt and to heal, that you are held and loved and that you’re strong enough to show up. It lives within us and now you carry it within you too. 🧡 by @miloumbalo

Every time we come together like this, it feels a little bit like coming home.

This one didn’t exactly start that way. It began with a slipped disc one day before the retreat, Jakob unable to move, our chef missing her connection flight and me on my period trying to hold it all together.
For a moment, it felt like everything was slightly falling apart before it had even begun.
There was a hospital visit, a delayed arrival, last-minute problem solving, figuring out dinner without a chef, organising rides and almost driving to the farm on my own, without my partner in crime. Not quite the calm, grounded start you might imagine.

But then we arrived. And somehow, everything softened.
You met it all with warmth, patience, understanding and no expectations or tension that made me feel so okay. It allowed me to soften too, to let go of how it “should” have been and simply be in it with you.
There was connection, laughter, presence and this kind of joy that grows when people truly show up as they are. It opened an authentic space in which you all leaned into so graciously.
It reminded me that it doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. It just needs to be human and real.
You are pure love and it reminded me even more of the love for what I do, for what we do and the way you allow us to do it.🤍 by @miloumbalo

Milou & Jakob at LIGHT THE TEMPLE 14 MARCH

🌀 Meditation and Breathwork 🌀

Join us for a slow, nourishing practice of guided meditation with Milou, flowing gently into a breathwork session with Jakob to help you come home to yourself.
This is a space to pause, breathe and reconnect with your body, your breath and whatever feels a little lost lately.

A beautiful way to arrive.
Grounded and ready for the evening.

16:30 to 17:30
