Getting the chance to be loved so fiercely by someone who didn’t judge my past, but embraced it in such a way that it heals my soul every day…. No amount of money or things will ever compare. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t need a perfectly planned day. You just need to get some things off your chest, take a breath, & give yourself a little room to think again. ❤️

Went Live this morning, had some much-needed conversations, & somehow managed to get my brain back in order enough to make chore charts, tackle some housework, AND eat. 😂

A little reminder that sometimes getting unstuck starts with simply letting yourself be heard.

Anyone else ever feel like they need to get everything OUT before they can actually get anything DONE?

Who else went trick-or-treating with a pillowcase growing up?! And be honest…did your parents make you dump all your candy out so they could “check it”? 😂
