Modeling-parents tend to focus heavily on teaching the lessons of life by talking. They tend to pay less attention to their own ability to influence their children through Modeling. Observational learning is more potent than you might think

The power of effective praise in parenting
As parents, we often tell our children, "Good job!" or "Well done!"- but what if we could make our praise even more meaningful? by @mindfulbegginnings

"Learning isn’t just about getting things right the first time. Children grow when they explore, make mistakes and try again. Joyful learnimg takes time, and what matters most is that they enjoy the process!"

Emotion coaching is like acknowledging their feelings, helping them name what they're experiencing and guiding them towards healthy ways to express themselves.

Teaching self-care starts early! Involve kids in simple cooking tasks like mixing a fruit salad or assembling a sandwich. It builds independence and healthy habits in a fun way!

Young children should be taught self-belief. They should be made to repeat a few mantras to say it aloud in the mornings or write it in their journals to make them feel confident."I believe in my abilities and welcome this day with positivity and gratitude."

Ask the child to think of one thing they accomplished or enjoyed doing that day and describe how it made them feel. For example: "I helped my friend pick up their toys, and it made me happy!"

Children should be encouraged to trust their abilities, own up to their mistakes as a stepping stone to learn new things, and feel proud of their efforts and small achievements.
