It was 27 years ago that I pushed through fear and skepticism and started a side business to make some extra spending money.

I was working the full-time job that I was educated for, and while I liked it...I didn't like the lack of flexibility and the fixed paycheck. But it was safe and secure, right?

Feeling the tug to quit that job and pursue full-time entrepreneurship felt crazy, but I couldn't stop thinking about it!

Once I made the move (whew) and began building my business, I started feeling stuck. I often knew what to do but couldn't make myself do it...the fear was paralyzing.

After much deep mental work on myself and my mindset, I started showing up confidently and seeing more income and less hustle, stress, and burnout.

I've become passionate about helping Christian women break free from self-doubt and go for what they feel called to do.

If you're ready to quiet the doubt and step into confident action, I'd love to support you. Message me, and we'll chat about how to get results FAST!

You've been taught to push through. Feeling anxious, disappointed, fearful, discouraged? Just keep going. Brush it off…

After all, successful business women don't let their emotions get in the way… Right?

Sounds good in concept, and yes, there are times when compartmentalizing our emotions so that we can be professional is necessary.

But stuffing your emotions doesn't make them disappear and it doesn't mean you've actually processed them.

When you continually push through uncomfortable feelings and set them aside, they don't just disappear. They can actually show up in ways that can lead to more negative emotions and even physical symptoms .

Have you ever felt your motivation drop after experiencing disappointment? Procrastinating on the very activities that grow your business? Avoiding sales conversations because you're afraid of rejection?

Me too.

But you don't have to choose between feeling your emotions and being unstoppable in your business.

I recently recorded a FREE training about how to feel your feelings and use them as a springboard to increase your income.

Imagine what could change if you learned how to process your emotions and consistently show up for the business God has called you to build.

Have you ever felt paralyzed with emotion?

You know there is work to be done, but you are feeling so distracted with your emotions that you find yourself unmotivated and exhausted.

Rejection, fear, sadness, frustration… It can make us feel overwhelmed and like we want to put everything on hold.

This creates a cycle where we can start feeling even worse than before.

But we don't have to wait until these emotions disappear and everything feels better before taking action. We can learn to process what we're feeling, choose our next step, and keep working towards our goals.

That's exactly what we will explore in my FREE live workshop:

👉🏻"From Emotionally Stuck to Unstoppable"

Together, we will explore how to:

💙Understand and process difficult emotions.
🩵Break free from patterns that keep us stuck.
💚Choose our next move with confidence.
💙Take action towards our next Business/Life goal.

Your emotions might be costing you more money than you realize. 👀

You get rejected, so you stop selling.
You feel overwhelmed, so you procrastinate.

You have a bad sales day, so you question your entire business.
You’re afraid of what people will think, so you hold back.

And before you know it, you’re stuck in the same cycle… knowing what you should be doing but struggling to follow through.

Here’s the truth: You don’t need to stop feeling uncomfortable to grow your business. You need to learn how to move through discomfort without letting it make your decisions.

Because the money is often on the other side of the emotion you’ve been avoiding.

The follow-up you’re afraid to send.
The offer you’re scared to make.
The price you’re hesitant to charge.
The content you keep overthinking.

🔥 Join us for UNSTOPPABLE — a workshop to help you stop letting fear, rejection, overwhelm, and self-doubt dictate your next move.

It’s time to go from reacting and retreating to processing your emotions and taking aligned action.

Worry can feel like preparation, but it's definitely not prevention. It's just rehearsing problems that haven't happened and may never happen.

Your survival brain will try to tell you that these thoughts are protecting you. but really, we're using our energy to try to solve problems that don't actually exist.

Focusing on those problems can often lead to more problems because our brain searches for evidence or proof of what we think about. Now that's scary! 😱

That doesn't mean your concerns aren't valid. It means there's a difference between what you KNOW (facts), and what you're THINKING might happen (thoughts).

And we can control our thoughts or at least the ones on which we choose to focus. Because what we focus on grows.

If you tend to overthink, anticipate problems, replay scary possibilities, or spend time and energy worrying about things that haven't happened yet, I'll be teaching tips and tools for overcoming worry in my FREE workshop: Break Free from the Worry Trap.

You'll leave with a simple strategy to quiet the worry loop and move forward (in Life and Business,) with more clarity, peace, and confidence.

I see you!

You've been building something beautiful for years now, but you're doing it in the margins. The quiet hours after bedtime. The lunch breaks. The Sunday afternoons while the house is still.

You're deeply called to this work, but the path forward feels unclear. You know what you need to do, but fear keeps you playing small. The overthinking. The what ifs. The "am I doing this right?" And don't even mention the guilt!

Here's what I want you to know: you're not behind! You're not broken. You're just doing something incredibly brave, and it gets to feel less overwhelming than it does right now.

I started my first business 27 years ago, working full-time, building in the cracks. I felt the tug to go all in, but I initially couldn't make myself do it. The fear was paralyzing. It took deep mental work on my mindset to finally show up with confidence, and that's when everything shifted.

Now I get to help women like you do the same.

Because you don't need more hustle. You need clarity. You need customized support. You need someone who understands what it's like to feel called, but yet held back by internal resistance.

That's why I'm here.

If you're a faith-fueled founder building something meaningful while juggling motherhood, a day job, and the quiet voice that says you're meant for more, this space is for you.

You're safe here. Let's do this together.

Follow along for Faith-rooted sales and entrepreneurial lifestyle strategies, mindset shifts, buyer psychology, and the kind of support that helps you move from stuck to steady. I'm so glad you're here! by @mindsetbreakthroughcoach

Only one person showed up… 😱

That excitement I was feeling turned nervous. FAST.

In came the what-ifs, the imposter syndrome, and the doubts. The "did I hear God right" question. And "am I really being called to this business?"

But I persevered. I kept going. Three years later, I had my biggest Masterclass ever! I'm so glad I didn't give up.

I realized when God calls you to build something, He doesn't always give you the whole plan. He doesn't always give you instant success.

Sometimes, He gives you the vision without the strategy.

And that's where trust comes in.

I've learned that the goal isn't to have everything figured out before you begin.

It's to take the step God is asking you to take… And trust Him with the steps you can't yet see.

And here's something else I wish I had understood sooner:

Don't get so focused on where you're going that you miss the woman you're becoming along the way.

🩵More confident.
💙More courageous.
💚More resilient.
🩵More faithful.

That woman is being built, regardless of how many people show up.

So if God has placed a calling on you to do more with your business, and you're wondering, "HOW am I gonna make this happen?" Maybe you don't need to know yet.

Maybe you just need to trust Him enough to take the first step.

Trust the process. Keep going! Enjoy the becoming. And let God handle the how.

As a young entrepreneur, I always thought I needed another strategy, another training, or another big idea in order to get to the next income level.

I thought that working harder was the answer.

But after 27 years in business, I've learned that what quietly limits your income is often the way you think, the decisions you make, and the invisible beliefs from which you're operating.

That's exactly what I'm unpacking in my FREE Masterclass, The Hidden Income Ceiling.

You'll discover:
💙 Why so many talented female entrepreneurs unknowingly capped their income.
🩵 The hidden mindset patterns that quietly limit sales.
💚 The simple shifts that help create more consistent income growth.

Comment or DM : "HIDDEN" for the details! by @mindsetbreakthroughcoach

You're not lazy.
You're not incapable.
And you're probably not in need of yet another strategy or idea.

So why does it feel like you're working hard harder than ever… Without seeing the income growth you know you're capable of?

This is one of the biggest frustrations I hear from female entrepreneurs.

You're showing up, investing in yourself, learning, networking, pushing forward…

But your results don't seem to match your effort.

What if the real issue is an invisible pattern that's quietly influencing every decision you make?

I call it your Hidden Income Ceiling.

Until you recognize it, you'll continue making decisions that keep you exactly where you are.

The good news?

You can't break through a ceiling you don't know exists… But once you see it, you can start raising it immediately.

That's exactly what I'll be teaching in my FREE Masterclass: The Hidden Income Ceiling.

If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start thinking and growing at a whole new level, I'd love to have you join me.

Comment or DM me "Ceiling," and I'll send you the registration link.

Because the business you're praying for requires a version of you that thinks differently from the version that's keeping you where you are today.
