So… you want to be a coach.

Not a hobbyist. Not a “hope-it-works” coach.

A real one—with confidence, credibility, and clients.

That’s why I created the Mindset Coach Certification—

A transformational, ICF-accredited pathway that combines:

World-class coach training
NLP, Hypnotherapy & Time Line Therapy®
Business-building and real-world application

This isn’t just a course.

It’s the full foundation for coaches who want to create true results—and a business that reflects their skill.

Because coaching is not just about good vibes and Instagram quotes.

It’s a craft. And your clients deserve mastery.

If you’re ready to become the kind of coach people remember—and refer—this is your sign.

Doors are open for our August intake and spaces are already filling fast.

👇
DM me “COACH” and I’ll send you all the details.

You bring the heart.

We’ll build the skill.

I’ve trained hundreds of certified mindset coaches… and here’s why I’m just getting started.

When I started the Mindset Coach Academy, I had one goal:

To raise the standard of coaching—globally.

Because coaching isn’t just about holding space.

It’s about skill. Structure. Science. And soul.

Since then, I’ve trained Olympians, therapists, entrepreneurs, educators, and aspiring coaches from all walks of life to become confident, ethical, in-demand coaches.

They didn’t just earn a certification.

They walked away with mastery—and a mission.

And now?

I’m here to help you do the same.

This account is for the coach (or coach-to-be) who’s serious about real results, real tools, and real growth.

If you’re tired of winging it—and ready to become the coach clients remember—you’re in the right place.
👇
Hit follow and DM me “CERTIFY” if you’re ready to step into the next level.

Ever wish you could see exactly what’s holding your client back—before they even open their mouth?

That’s why I created the Mindset Dimensions Report—

A diagnostic tool that reveals the 7 core mindset patterns shaping your client’s thoughts, behaviours, and results.

No more guessing.
No more surface-level sessions.
Just deep insight—fast.

This ICF-accredited tool is for serious coaches who want to:

🧠 Get to the root cause quicker
🔥 Create lasting change faster
🎯 And coach with total clarity and confidence

Trained MDR coaches say it’s like a roadmap to their client’s subconscious.

And once you use it—you won’t want to coach without it.

✨ Want to add it to your toolkit?

DM me “MINDSET” and I’ll send you the info.

Spend the morning helping coaches explore identity, beliefs and becoming the person they want to be.

Then I spent time deciding whether I’m a practical, minimalist packer or someone who needs 17 outfit options for a conference.

Anyone else pack for the person they are, the person they want to be and every possible weather forecast?

I’d love to hear what you’d pack for 3 nights and 4 days away!

Knowing what you need to change is one thing. Actually changing it is another.
⁣
Sometimes, the key isn’t trying harder. It’s understanding the beliefs and patterns influencing your behaviour.
⁣
The next time you feel stuck, get curious instead of judging yourself.
⁣
What’s one pattern you’d like to understand better?
⁣
Great coaches don’t just focus on what clients do. They get curious about why.

One little word can completely change the way you see what’s possible. ✨

YET.

❌ I’m not confident enough.
✅ I’m not confident enough… yet.

❌ I don’t know how to do that.
✅ I don’t know how to do that… yet.

❌ I’m not good at putting myself out there.
✅ I’m not good at putting myself out there… yet.

Three little letters that can shift a limiting belief into an opportunity for growth.

Because where you are today doesn’t have to be where you stay.

And as coaches, helping clients recognise that their current reality isn’t necessarily their future reality can open up powerful new possibilities.

💭 Your coaching question of the week:

What becomes possible when you add the word YET to something you’ve been telling yourself you can’t do?

Save this question for your next coaching session.

And if you’d love more thought-provoking coaching questions, practical tools and opportunities to develop your skills, comment CSS and I’ll send you an invitation to our Coaches’ Success Society.

Opportunities don’t always arrive with certainty. Sometimes, they appear subtly, waiting for us to recognise their potential.
⁣
Ask yourself:
⁣
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰?
⁣
Awareness can help us see new possibilities and take steps towards the growth we’re ready for.

What if your coaching skills could help people transform not just what they do, but how they think, feel, and see themselves? 💙
⁣
Great coaching starts with strong foundations. Deeper mindset work can expand the ways you help clients explore limiting beliefs, recognise patterns, and discover new possibilities.
⁣
MCA’s Combined ICF Level 1 training for the ICF ACC pathway + Professional Mindset Coach Certification brings professional coaching training together with specialised mindset coaching tools, helping you build a broader toolkit for meaningful client transformation.

✨ January 2027 intake begins the week of 12 January.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do for someone is ask a better question.
⁣
When someone shares a problem with you, it’s natural to offer advice or suggest a solution. But what if you paused instead?
⁣
Try asking:
⁣
✨ “What do you think is really holding you back?”
✨ “What have you not considered yet?”
✨ “What would you do if you trusted yourself?”
⁣
These questions create space for reflection, new perspectives, and solutions that come from within.
⁣
Because real growth often begins when we stop telling people what to do and start helping them discover what they already know.
⁣
