We are so freaking proud to announce we won ✨GOLD✨ for the Best of Baton Rouge- Event & Party Rentals category. We are so GRATEFUL to all who nominated and voted for us. It is such an accomplishment to be on the ballot amongst some of the best companies in Baton Rouge. Humbled is an understatement! When I started Luxe Magnolia I never in my wildest dreams imagined it would grow to where it is now- in less than 3 years! I am honestly still shocked and it still doesn’t feel real. This business has truly been fulfilling in so many aspects of my life- business & personal. The relationships I’ve built, the freedom this has given me, the time I’ve gotten back with my children, the peace, the ability to give back to the community and give in ways I’ve always wanted. I will be eternally grateful to God and every person who has supported me along this crazy journey. To build a business from the ground up and have it be successful is wild. It’s been alot of hard work, tears, and doubt along the way but the outcome has been so worth it! Thank you to all the clients, friends, and family who have supported me along the way- ESPECIALLY my husband. Lord knows I couldn’t do this without him. I truly appreciate and LOVE y’all! Thank you to @theadvocatebr for putting on @votebatonrouge for all the local businesses! #bestofbatonrouge #goldwinber #bestofbatonrouge2025 #advocatebr #luxemagnolia #partyandeventrentals #batonrougeevents by @mirandalynn90
This picture means so much more to me than most people realize. This is a shop being built specifically for a business I started with a prayer, my husband’s belief in me, and $600. And at the time, letting go of that $600 was scary as hell. See, this businesss wasn’t built on loans. This business was built on purchasing inventory slowly from any profit I made. To this day, this business is debt free and wow, if that isn’t a whole accomplishment in itself. Those who truly know me know I became a mom very young. I dropped out of school. I’ve struggled, gone without, and busted my ass for everything I’ve ever had. There were so many days I wondered how I was going to provide, how I was going to keep going, and whether I would ever feel proud of myself. Now, at 36 years old, I’m looking at something I once could only pray for. I think about that younger version of me who was just trying to survive. The girl who wanted so badly to prove she could become more than people expected of her. Who kept showing up, even when she was exhausted, scared, and figuring it all out as she went. This shop represents years of hard work, sacrifice, and refusing to give up on the life I wanted to build. It’s proof that my past never got to decide how far I could go. Being a young mom who dropped out was part of my story, but I refused to let it define my story. You can make excuses, or you can make a way. And even when my way was slow, hard as hell, anf full of mistakes. I kept making the choice to keep trying. For once, I’m letting myself stop and say “DAMN, I’m proud of me.” Proud of what I’ve built. Proud that I kept going. And so freaking grateful to be entering a chapter where I finally feel like I can breathe. I have to give credit to my husband though, too. Cody’s unwavering support deserves sooo much credit. You’ve believed in me and trusted that when I say I’m going to do something, I’ll find a way to do it. Having him in my corner has meant more than I could ever explain. He hasn’t even tried to claim the shop once. 😂 He knows what it is. by @mirandalynn90

Here’s one of my best marketing tips: Say the same thing 100 times, not 100 different things one time. The power is in the repetition. 👏👏👏 You may post about your product, service, offer, or expertise today and someone scrolls right past it. They may see it again next week and keep scrolling. They may see it five more times and never stop. Then one day, they see it at exactly the right time and think, “I need this.” Your content isn’t nearly as important to other people as it is to you. You’re thinking about what you posted yesterday, but your audience probably isn’t. They’re busy living their lives, running their businesses, and scrolling through hundreds of posts. So don’t be afraid to repeat yourself. You have to say it 100 times for someone to hear it for the first time. Keep talking about what you do. Keep sharing your offer. Keep showing up. Repetition builds recognition, and recognition builds trust. And if you’re ready to grow your business alongside other women who get it, Influential Business Women’s Network is opening its doors in ONE WEEK! 🚨 Join our nationwide digital membership and get access to masterminds, business education, resources, connections, challenges, member features, and a community built to help you grow. One week. Your next level could start here. 💗 #femaleowned #womeninbusiness #femaleentrepreneur #smallbusinessowner #businesswoman by @mirandalynn90
This year, I not only had the opportunity to help decorate for the Capital Gala, but I also got to attend. When I was asked to be a part of the gala, I didn’t hesitate. Any event that raises money and awareness for cancer is something that hits very close to home for me. Knowing the impact this night has on so many people made being a part of it even more meaningful. Some of you may not know this, but my grandparents raised me from the age of two, and I was very much a grandpa’s girl. I was the light of his eyes. He took so much pride in me and any chance he got, he was telling someone how proud he was of me. When I lost my grandpa to cancer, I lost a huge piece of my heart. I lost someone who played such a huge part in making me who I am today. He instilled so many of the qualities I carry with me, and I truly don’t know who I would be without the love he gave me growing up. Cancer was so quick. One minute, this man who was so full of life, so active, and so full of energy and then in what felt like the blink of an eye, he was gone. All I had left were my memories of him and the way he made me feel. Seeing his name in the Gallery of Honor and then seeing his face on that huge screen last night brought up so many emotions that I think I’ve tucked away for a really long time. It was one of those moments where everything just came rushing back. I’ve worked so hard this week to help make this night special for everyone whose life has been touched by cancer. But if I’m being honest, I think a big part of me worked the hardest because I want to make my angel in heaven proud. I hope you look down on me every day and see everything I’ve accomplished and think, “Wow, my granddaughter became so much more than I ever could have imagined.” I hope you know that every bit of who I am, every bit of strength I carry, and every accomplishment I’m lucky enough to have is because of the love and foundation you gave me. I’ll carry you with me forever. And I hope I make you proud every single day 🦋 by @mirandalynn90

I DID IT!! For months I was so nervous. Overthinking. Wondering if what I had to say was important enough for the women sitting in that room. Wondering if my story mattered. If what I’m building and my why was something they could connect with. I have poured my heart and soul into this business. Some days it feels like it has become my identity. The sacrifices, the tears, the confusion, the burnout… it’s all so real. But on the other side of all of that, this business has given me a purpose and a life I dreamed about for so many years. It has brought out the very best parts of me—my drive, my passion, my grit, my relentlessness, my loyalty, my consistency, and my faithfulness. Faith that this would work because I truly believe it was MEANT for me. After the panel discussion, I had women come up to me one by one and hug me so hard. They told me they could feel that everything I shared came straight from my heart, that everything I said was exactly what they needed to hear. That they were so nervous to come today, but were so happy they did because they saw themselves in my story. That I inspired them to start their business again full force. The feeling that gave me, I don’t even know how to put it into words. I’m so grateful I said yes to @therealbusinessbestie when she asked me to be part of this panel. Stepping outside of my comfort zone was terrifying, but knowing I was able to encourage someone else made every ounce of fear worth it. Thank you, @businessbestiescollective, for believing my story was worth sharing. My heart is so incredibly full. Sometimes the thing you’re most afraid to do is the very thing someone else needs you to say yes to 💗 by @mirandalynn90
Birthday, beach, & boatsss 🌊 we had a blast this year in PCB. A full 7 days of sunshine and it’s just what we needed 💗 by @mirandalynn90
Couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate my 36th birthday than with my family and friends soaking up some sunshine at the beach 🌊☀️ Feeling so blessed in life lately and I can’t wait to see what this year brings 💕 by @mirandalynn90
As the 5th anniversary of Business Besties Brunch approaches, I keep coming back to this year’s theme: Build with Purpose. Behind every business is a story. A dream that kept someone going when things got hard. No two stories are the same, but our heart and passion behind them is what connects us all. When Dakenya asked me to be part of this panel, my immediate answer in my head was absolutely not. 😂 Speaking in front of a room full of people has never been my thing. It’s uncomfortable. It’s vulnerable. And it scares the sh*t out of me. But then I thought about all the things that have changed my life and my business..almost every single one of them started with a decision that scared me. Growth has never lived inside my comfort zone, so I reluctantly said yes. Trust me, I don’t have all the answers, but if my journey can encourage even one woman to take the leap, trust herself, or keep going when things feel impossible, then being uncomfortable for a moment is worth it me. On July 26th, I’ll be sharing the story behind Luxe Magnolia—the highs, the hard lessons, the purpose, and how I’ve built a brand without losing sight of what matters most. If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re capable of building something bigger than you imagined, this conversation is for you. I can’t wait to see y’all there 🤍 by @mirandalynn90
