Breathwork, Yoga, Free Dance & Sound Bath. 🎊 Reset your system. Elevate your weekend. #revynd #reset #event #retreat #hotboyscry by @mirileiter
During a sound bath, there’s nothing to do and nothing to reach for — it’s an invitation to simply be. As the sounds unfold, the nervous system softens, the body releases and a natural sense of calm arises. ✨ For me, creating this space is about offering a gentle pause — a moment to step away from the noise of daily life and return to stillness. Join me for an upcoming Soundbath @session.labs • Sunday, November 16 • Sunday, November 23 • Wednesday, November 26 All sessions will be held in German. Come in comfortable clothing and feel free to DM me if you have any questions. 💫 📷 taken by the best: @bernigrundner 🤍 by @mirileiter
