Here’s to THREE YEARS ✨🪞✨ On the eve of our 3rd birthday weekend, I can’t help but wax nostalgic + attempt to express how very grateful I am for everyone who has ever tried anything from Mirror Coffee! You all make this longtime coffee shop dream of mine a reality every single weekend; what an honor it has been to serve this Tower High community (and beyond) 💕 And of course, we wouldn’t be here at all without @moto_fresno owner Carlos + his Team Moto who believed in me back in 2023 and generously lent me space in his kitchen and fridges, on his shelves and walls…all inside his award-winning restaurant all these years! 👏 + extra special Thanks to @alchemistcoffeelab owner Hamzeh for having patiently taught me how to roast & trusted me to run his coffee shop for years— all while being Mirror’s Number One mentor & supporter since Day One! Although Mirror Coffee has been so far just one woman, the truth & beauty of this business is that it never actually IS only one person who keeps it going. There’s a whole gorgeous lineup of individuals who get these coffee beans grinding — from the many special vendors like @wallibakery to wonderful Moto employees running the register to amazing guests posting on social media & more— it takes a continual community to keep drinking up the coffee :) Go look in a Mirror: the person you see is someone I truly appreciate more than words could ever express ❤️ From the bottom of this lil barista’s heart: THANK YOU for your love + support —BIG things coming in the next chapters! -Katie Friesen @k8efriesen by @mirrorcoffee
