Wasn’t flying solo ✈️ it was a slow fun run today cuz baby’s on board for this race 🤣 but I still had a blast with the ladies! We got out, moved our bodies, and felt good while doing it. That’s all that matters! by @misformorales

Not really a race… more of a fun run. But nonetheless I got to see my girls, run an amazing course, and have a great time doing something I love. And hey it’s technically baby’s first race!!! by @misformorales

Join us next Sunday for a spooktacular run, we’ll have some treats for everyone plus if you’ve never tried @shokzusa we’ll have some headphones to try on it is first come first serve. We hope to see you guys there. #spooktacularrun #halloween #southmiami #consistencycrewmia by @misformorales

Holding space for two truths today: I am profoundly grateful for this pregnancy, and I also miss the body I worked so hard for.

Growing a human is a blessing, but watching your physical strength shift and your daily rhythm change is still a real process of letting go—even if it’s temporary. Missing my fitness doesn’t mean I’m not thankful; it just means I’m human.

Starting over is going to be a challenge, no doubt about it. But every bit of this journey—and every step it takes to rebuild on the other side—will be worth it. 🤍 by @misformorales

And I was wondering why I was so damn tired in my long runs… makes sense now 🤣🤣

Gotta admit I miss my running though 😭😭😭 by @misformorales

Raising her to do all the fun things 🤣♥️ by @misformorales

Saturdays are always better together. 💙 Huge thank you to everyone who came out to move with us today! A special shoutout to @shokzusa for hanging out and letting everyone test drive different headphones during the run. Hearing the road and the music is a total game changer.
