@lulnex thank you for being the brains behind the operation and for everything that you do.

@lachy_titanperformance thank you for flying all the way out to Perth to handle me. You helped me lock in and pushed me to perform at my best with that bet we took. It’s your turn now.

@online.korean thank you for always supporting me in whatever I do. 8/8 streak and never missing a single comp that I do. I love you 💜

@titanperformance_ @xgym_castlehill thank you guys for supporting from far away. I love this community.

@aeva.the.nutritionator thank you for telling me to eat. I’ve never been more on point with my nutrition and the results speak for itself.

@jacobsofianos @strengthclubperth @australianpowerliftingalliance for hosting the best powerlifting event I have ever been to as a coach and a lifter. It makes me so much more excited to earn my spot here again next year.

@yoongpr_hpc @stanleymalae @angelicafajardo for making the trip a very memorable one. CHAMA

Just two weeks ago you turned 9 and just last week you crossed the rainbow bridge. Nothing could have prepared me for how much it hurt to lose you. Here I always thought we would have so much more time, and it was so painful for something to have taken you away so soon. As much as it hurts, I am so grateful to have had you be my companion for the last 8 years. You were there when I first moved to a scary new country. You were there when I first started in a scary new high school. You were my first gym buddy when I started training in my garage. And you’ve been there all the way, ensuring I never felt alone. You were the bestest boy and our family was so lucky to have you make us laugh, protect us and make us feel loved. To have been loved by you is one of the greatest blessings in my life. I hope doggy heaven has all the carrots, nuggets, chips and cheeseburgers you can enjoy and I hope that one day I can see you again.

I love you, Hero by @misgroovemichael

260kg Squat 🦵
Little me only ever wanted to deadlift 6 wheels. Never even thought about squatting it. Things happen when you just keep going 🥹
