Snippet from our latest duet “Believe” from last night’s home season show of @bemovementcollective called “Being.” Thank you @laurenbism for believing in us, and seeing us, it was such a big honor to be invited as a guest artist and be part of this incredible experience. @citydancelive is such an elegant magical space, and the room was Full, of people, of joy, of energy, of artistry, of community, of love. It was truly a reflection of Lauren and of Be Movement Collective. All the dancers were shininging all night! It was something to behold. It was an out of this world experience to perform in such an environment.

Let’s welcome a new chapter as a yoga instructor into my life. ✨

Yoga has been a practice in my life for the last 10 years, supporting my body as a dancer. But over the last couple of years, it began to become so much more than that.

Six years ago, I completed my first Transcendental Meditation (TM) course, and since then meditation has become part of my everyday life. It allowed me to expand my consciousness and my ability to see the world with more clarity, even though I know it’s a never-ending journey. Since then, my relationship with yoga has changed as well.

It truly became about the present moment, trust and faith in a higher power, and the power of healing itself. A moment of stillness, peace, and the simple feeling that everything is alright when we are on the mat. 🌿🌌

Last year, I finally took a step forward and went through teacher training, and this April I became certified by the amazing school @vinyasayogashalarishikesh 🧘🏻‍♀️🇮🇳

It’s become a tradition to record the little “mountain” routine created by @oggermany every year. This year it turned into more of a “garden” routine since we missed the chance to record during the hike, but the view from our backyard is still very impressive ⛰️

Summertime in Greece 🇬🇷🌊🌅

This summer @rama_mahesh_hall and I visited stunning Greek island Milos for the first time. We rented an ATV scooter and explored the island. Every day brought a new beach, a new traditional Greek restaurant, and the most beautiful sunsets. I’m so in love with summer in Europe — so many beautiful places to spend a vacation, and this was one of my favorites so far.

Today my great-grandmami is celebrating her 95th birthday 🎂✨💐

Two days ago, we went to visit her and celebrate her birthday, but we also had a little surprise for her. We took her back to her birthplace, Popradské Pleso. ❤️

Yes, she was truly born and raised right here, next to this lake, when there was only one mountain cottage standing here.

Later in life, she returned to Popradské Pleso with my grandfather, where they managed the mountain hotel you can see in the picture.

I feel so lucky to have had her by my side throughout my life. I spent some of my best childhood memories at her place, and it is still one of my favorite places in the world to visit and spend time in. 🏔️❤️

Her love for life, her willingness to keep living fully, and her independence are what make her still so cool at 95 — walking, laughing, cooking, remembering, and being as sharp and wise as ever.

She is my forever inspiration, my sweetest babi. 🥹
