BREATHE: Advocate for Adolescent Survivors of SA
POSTS STORIES REELS
It is my greatest honor to say that BREATHE won a Quality of Life award at Miss America’s Teen!! 3 years ago, when I entered pageants, I chose to join for one reason. I wanted to grow my platform. I was 14 years old with a dream of uplifting other survivors of sexual assault; through BREATHE, I have been given the opportunity to do just that. Having national recognition of BREATHE’s impact is truly surreal and I could not be more grateful for everyone who has helped my journey. To the @ywcannj, thank you for facilitating the distribution of my comfort kits and allowing me to share my story. To @chsbergennj & @oasispatersonnj, thank you for allowing me to come to your organizations and donate kits! To my family & friends, thank you for funding my project as I work to gain nonprofit status. Your contributions mean more than you’ll ever know. ❤️ And finally, to any survivor reading this, know that your past does not define you, your healing is possible, and your future is still yours to claim. 💙 by @missamericasteennj
She’s finally here — my OFFICIAL Miss America’s Teen headshot!!! My heart is filled with so much excitement and gratitude as I head to nationals in just a few short weeks. It feels surreal to finally say that this month I’ll have the honor of representing the Garden State as Delegate #37 on the big stage. As my preparations continue, I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to share my community service initiative, BREATHE, and continue advocating for the conversations and change that mean so much to me. My hope is to use every opportunity this month to lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and represent New Jersey with authenticity and heart. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement has helped me become the young woman I am today, and I can’t wait to see what this month has in store. Jersey, let’s do this! 🍅🪴🇺🇸 📸: @jessiepalumbo 💇‍♀️&💄: @almari.beauty #MissNewJerseysTeen #MissAmericasTeenNJ #MissAmericasTeen #ThereSheIs by @missamericasteennj
It’s been almost a week and I’m still in complete shock. Along with winning Miss New Jersey’s Teen, I was honored to win the American Heart Association Award, Preliminary Talent Award, and the Preliminary Gown Award. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who helped me feel and look my best on the Miss New Jersey’s Teen stage! Huge shoutouts coming… @cocoschateau for supplying my beautiful evening & talent gown @angelicamuanj & @melishjelm for the gorgeous hair and makeup! @brushedtanning for helping me glow on stage @ginamellishconsulting for preparing me and making me my most confident self @sallyann906 for vocally coaching me the last 3 years and helping me win the Talent Preliminary Award! @visagehairsalonandspa for getting my hair competition ready @sharimac2 for your generous donations to further my cause & sponsor me! And a massive thank you to each and every person I encountered competition weekend. Every single one of you brought kindness and light, and I could not be more grateful. by @missamericasteennj
On October 24th, the @chsbergennj walked for domestic violence, and I am so thankful I got to be apart of it! Having the opportunity to speak about my experience with BREATHE and lead their annual walk was an honor like no other. 💜 The Center for Hope & Safety is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and their children. Through safe housing, counseling, advocacy, and other essential resources, they empower survivors to rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment. They were also the very first organization I ever donated a BREATHE kit to, and without their support, I would not be where I am. 💞 by @missamericasteennj

Exactly 1 year ago today I competed in my very first local pageant 🥹. Little did I know how becoming Miss Bergen County’s Teen would completely change my life. The Miss America Opportunity has taught me lessons I didn’t realize I needed: the importance of sisterhood, the power of service, and ultimately how beautiful pageantry truly is. This past year has been a wild ride and I cannot wait to see what the next few months will unfold 💖 #MissNewJerseysTeen #MissAmericasTeenNJ #MissBergenCountysTeen #MissAmericasTeen #MissAmericaOpportunity by @missamericasteennj
Today, I embarked on my first step to completing my AP Capstone project with the Ridgewood Academy for Health Professions. Working with Valley Hospital has been a dream, it is truly such a blessing to have such a wonderful support network to guide me and my peers through the medical research process, I could not be more grateful! I’ve been a RAHP student for 3 years now, and the experiences it has given me have been nothing short of life changing. Just last year, I was given the opportunity to observe a LIVE BIRTH and let me just say, it was the coolest thing ever. Had it not been for this medical internship program, I wouldn’t have such a grounded sense of what I want to pursue in the field of medicine (hint hint, deliver babies). I cannot express my gratitude enough for this program and all it has given me and my classmates!! #MissAmericasTeenNJ#MissAmericasTeen#MissNewJerseysTeen#ValleyHealth#RAHP by @missamericasteennj

One last recap of Miss America’s Teen week 🥹. I still cannot believe I experienced this incredible opportunity — all of us often joke it felt like a fever dream because it was such a surreal experience. I can’t wait to share these memories for years to come. I am so thankful for this wonderful journey and amazing group of girls!! #MissAmericasTeen #MissNewJerseysTeen #MissAmericasTeenNJ #MissAmerica #Sisterhood by @missamericasteennj
NYFW ‘26 🌃 What better place to see my very FIRST fashion show than the one and only #nyfw? I am incredibly grateful for this experience and the privilege of being just 45 minutes outside the city! #missnewjerseysteen#missamericasteennj#missamericasteen#nyfw26 by @missamericasteennj
