Forever in love with Halloween, dressing up, becoming someone else for a night and getting lost in a little bit of madness. 🎃🖤 From Wonderland to rock ’n’ roll, every costume tells a story. Because why be yourself when you can be anyone for Halloween? 🎩🌹 by @missislittlezen.art

Not every spell is spoken. Some are sculptured by hand.✨
Hand- sculptured by me with a touch of darkness, and a sprinkle of mischief.
Because every little witch and ghost deserves a creator who understands their kind of magic.🖤✨👻

Never cared much for Batman, but Heath Ledger’s Joker? A masterpiece. 🖤 No one has ever come close, and I don’t think anyone ever will. He didn’t just play the Joker — he became him.

One role. One legend. One unforgettable Joker. 🃏🔥
Be honest... is there really a better Joker 🃏?

🕸️WE ALL FLOAT DOWN HERE!🤡🎈
It's the month I was born, the month I said "I do" to my love, and the month when everything feels a little more magical, mysterious, and darkly beautiful.🍂🍁

I live for Halloween, spooky nights, creepy stories, and the perfect mix of darkness and magic. And when it comes to horror, there's one character who will always have a special place in my heart - Pennywise, the Dancing Clown. 🤡🎈. by @missislittlezen.art

A Pegasus necklace I've been working on lately.
Everything was sculptured by hand from polymer clay - no molds, no forms, just my hands and a lot of tiny details. And of course the whole thing was hand - painted too. I really wanted to give the feathers that softy ice blue look.🪽💙
The funny thing is... this one actually came together in about two hours.
Sometimes an idea just flows.✨ by @missislittlezen.art

Old, good Instagram is gone, and the sheep did it.
The platform is full of grown up adults who have convinced themselves they're famous artists and behave like spoiled, attention - starved teenagers.
They're on social network, but they're not social.

They follow 1,000+ people - not because they're interested in anyone else's work, but because they're collecting followers like Pokémon. Follow me, I'll follow you. That is the level or"art community" we reached.
They don't actually look at what other people create. They're apparently far too talented, everyone else is beneath them.
"I don't see what you post, send me your work in DM". Seems like their time is so valuable that you must submit your humble offering directly to the throne.
( I actually received a comment like this from a former follower of mine. And the funniest part? He is probably over 60! )

Leave them a respectful comment, and you'd better be grateful if they acknowledge your existence. They're busy darling. They're working on their next"masterpiece".

And criticism? Apsolutely forrbiden.
The moment you write something they don't want to read, you're unfollowed, ignored. Because apparently having an ego the size of the cathedral is now part of the "artistic process".

And this is exactly what is wrong with the platform.
Sheep want followers, but not people.
They want engagement, but not connection.
They want praise, but not criticism.
They want attention, but they don't want to give any.
They turned artists into brands.
Followers into statistics.
Interaction into transactions.
And the community into a f*cking popularity contest.

So don't be an Instagram sheep.
Or be the one. That is your choice.
Just don't blame the algorithm for the consequences of your own behavior.

Japan has always held a special place in my heart. 🇯🇵

I was so fascinated by it that my husband and I even went to Japan Days in Düsseldorf — back when it still felt a little different, before cosplay completely took over. 😅

For a long time, I’ve wanted to create a piece of jewelry inspired by Japan, something that would carry a little bit of that fascination with me.

And that’s how these earrings came to life. ✨

I already know they won’t be the last ones. I have more ideas brewing, and I’m sure there will be more Japan-inspired pieces coming soon.

Some inspirations just stay with you until you finally turn them into something you can wear. ❤️ by @missislittlezen.art

Woman with the Parasol, facing left- Claude Monet embroidery 🪡 🌿
This embroidery is a part of a bigger project I'm working on and I've truly enjoyed every stitch. Anyway...
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who unfollowed me.I know that it takes courage to walk away from such a dangerous treat: a woman with an opinion. I'll continue my dangerous activities: embroidering, creating and proving that there is still a human somewhere behind the scene who doesn't follow algorithm rules...

Last week Instagram decided I wasn't human. My account was restored, but experience left me with one question: Are we creating for people... or for algorithm❓
Have you ever felt like an algorithm affected your visibility?

Embroidery 🪡 The Kiss by Gustav Klimt 💋
I always admired the rich texture, golden details, and emotions in this iconic painting. Recreating it through embroidery was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Every stitch brought me a little closer to the original while adding a handmade touch of its own.✨

A quiet moment inside a universe made of light and mirrors.✨.
I love places that remind me how much beauty exists beyond our everyday life. Maybe 🤔 every artwork starts this way - with a small moment of curiosity and wonder.
